AirAsia Berhad was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in November 2004. Since pioneering the short-haul low-cost carrier (“LCC”) model in ASEAN in 2001, AirAsia has grown from a domestic airline in Malaysia to the leading low-cost airline in Asia serving over 222 routes and over 110 destinations from 20 hubs in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and India. Along with its affiliates (Thai AirAsia, Indonesia AirAsia, Philippines AirAsia and AirAsia India), AirAsia Group is the largest low-cost carrier in Asia in terms of fleet size and the number of passengers carried. AirAsia has been named the World’s Best Low-Cost Airline in the annual World Airline Survey by Skytrax for eight consecutive years from 2009 –2016 and the World’s Leading Low-Cost Airline in the annual World Travel Awards for four consecutive years from 2013 to 2016.

Asia Aviation Public Company Limited (“Asia Aviation”)
Asia Aviation was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in May 2012 and is the investment holding company of Thai AirAsia Co., Ltd. Thai AirAsia commenced its inaugural commercial flight on 4 February 2004 from Bangkok to Hat Yai. The airline rapidly expanded its domestic and international route network. As of December 2016, the airline has doubled its number of destinations from five years ago, covering 20 domestic and 29 international cities utilising a fleet of 49 Airbus A320 aircraft and two state-of-the-art Airbus A320neo.

AirAsia X Berhad
AirAsia X is the long-haul, low-cost affiliate carrier of the AirAsia Group that currently flies to destinations in the Asia Pacific region and beyond. The airline currently serves 23 destinations across Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Africa. AirAsia X operates a core fleet of 30 A330-300s. The airline has carried over 19 million guests since it commenced long-haul service in 2007. AirAsia X was awarded World's Best Low Cost Airline Premium Cabin and Best Low Cost Airline Premium Seat at the annual Skytrax World Airline Awards for four consecutive years from 2013 to 2016.
