Introduction:

1. The Rodeo AutoSpa’s Premium Car Wash Package (“Offer”) is organised by MYRODEO Sdn. Bhd. (1164857-P)(“Organiser”) in collaboration with AirAsia Ride Sdn. Bhd. (“AA Ride”).
2. Subject to these terms and conditions, AA Ride drivers (“Drivers”, “you”, “their”) will be eligible to redeem the Offer upon satisfying the Redemption Mechanism hereinafter provided.
3. • During the Redemption Period, Drivers shall bring and send in its vehicle to the Location for Offer redemption; and

7. Drivers who satisfy the Redemption Mechanism shall be eligible for Offer redemption, and Drivers who fail to abide by the Redemption Mechanism will automatically be disentitled from the Offer without any further notice.

10. These Specific Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the Offer. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in this Specific Terms and Conditions and other provisions or materials, this Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
11. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organiser.
12. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this Offer from time to time with prior written notice to AA Ride, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on AA Ride’s Driver Benefits landing page immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser of this Offer shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damage howsoever arising, whether or not the Organiser or you have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
13. You shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Offer.
14. The redemption of the Offer is subject to the appointment availability and any restrictions may apply as to when the Offer can be redeemed. All other tax, surcharges, costs and expenses associated with this Offer and its redemption, including but not limited to, transportation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated shall be solely borne by the Drivers.
15. The Organiser and AA Ride shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Drivers in connection with this Offer, the promotion of this Offer or the use of any package as part of the Offer redemption, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
16. The Organiser undertake to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AA Ride and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, assignees, and employees, from and against any and all claims, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, obligations, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and other professionals, of whatever kind or nature, arising out of an act, omission, negligence, poor workmanship by the Organiser in providing the services as part of the Offer.
17. This Offer is not redeemable together with any Organiser’s ongoing promotions, discounts, and vouchers.
18. This Offer is not exchangeable for cash / kind / other denominations and is non-refundable.
