We want to make sure you get the most value out of your Unlimited Pass while waiting for the right time to travel again. As an existing Unlimited Pass holder, you can now enjoy unlimited free delivery on your airasia food, groceries and shopping purchases from 15 Feb 2021 until 30 June 2021. Simply login to each of the platforms with the same member ID used to purchase your AirAsia Unlimited Pass. Once eligibility is met, the delivery fee will be automatically waived in your cart.

      Unlimited Free Delivery allows an AirAsia Unlimited Pass holder to enjoy unlimited free delivery for every order or purchase made via airasia Food, airasia Fresh and airasia Beauty.

  • 2. Who is eligible for Unlimited Free Delivery on airasia?

      All AirAsia Unlimited Pass holders will automatically be eligible for the Unlimited Free Delivery.

      Minimum Spend
      Food - You must spend a minimum of MYR30 (amount after discount, if any)
      Fresh & Beauty - You spend a minimum of MYR50 (amount after discount, if any)
      Coverage
      Food - subject to up to 10km delivery distance
      Fresh & Beauty - subject to coverage areas in Klang Valley and other new locations and cities within Malaysia that may be added periodically.

      *Delivery distance and minimum spend for airasia Food, airasia Fresh, airasia Beauty are subject to the discretion of AirAsia and can be changed without prior announcement to pass holders

  • 3. Where can users redeem Unlimited Free Delivery on airasia?

      Unlimited Free Delivery can be redeemed at the respective platforms on airasia Food, airasia Fresh and airasia Beauty, which can be accessed through the airasia website or mobile app. Users must be logged in with the same ID used to purchase the AirAsia Unlimited Pass to enjoy the Unlimited Free Delivery benefit. Unlimited Free Delivery will be applied to your cart upon checkout.

  • 4. When can I use the Unlimited Free Delivery on airasia? What is the validity?

      The Unlimited Free Delivery benefit starts on 15 February 2021 and is valid until 30 June 2021.
