Contest Terms and Conditions:

1. For the purpose of this Shop and Win Contest (“Contest”), Participants are entitled to one (1) entry per successful purchase of each Eligible Product during the airasia Super App Super Sale Promo Period (May 22 - 28, 2023). For the avoidance of doubt, Participants are allowed to make multiple entries. Eligible Products are listed as follows:
   • Hotels
   • Non-airasia Flights
   • Shop
   • Transport
   
   The contest period will be from May 22 to 28, 2023, 11:59 PM.


2. The top four (4) participants who have accumulated the highest spending on Eligible Products in the Philippines shall be chosen as the winners of this Contest (“Winner”). Participants can monitor their total spend in the “My Bookings” tab which reflects all their bookings and the total Amount Paid for each – the total of which airasia will use as basis for determining the winner.
3. Participants shall ensure that their account information (name, phone number, email address) on (https://www.airasia.com/account/personal-information/) and their legal address (https://www.airasia.com/account/addresses/) is duly updated before the end of the contest period. Entries from participants with incomplete information shall be forfeited and will not be counted. The organizer shall not be liable for the participant’s failure to update the required information.
4. Each Winner shall be entitled to win One (1) Unit of Redmi Note 12 5G. Redemption of prizes shall be until 60 days from the receipt of the notification. Unclaimed prizes beyond this period will be forfeited in favor of airasia Super App with prior approval from DTI.


5. Contest is open to Participants who are eighteen (18) years old and above on the date of entry except for the following who will be considered automatically disqualified:
   • Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of AA COM TRAVEL PHILIPPINES (airasia Super App) and its subsidiaries including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity; and
   • Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion) of AA COM TRAVEL PHILIPPINES (airasia Super App) and its subsidiaries including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity
   
   
6. The winner shall be privately determined with supervision of DTI via an online call on June 1, 2023, 3pm and announced on airasia.com’s social media pages no later than June 5, 2023 (“Winner Announcement Date”).
7. The Winners will be notified through their registered email address on airasia.com, through registered mail, and through SMS within 3 business days after determining the Winner, no later than June 4, 2023.
8. The winner must reply to the notice with any valid government ID.
9. Upon validation, for winners residing in Metro Manila, the prize shall be claimed in-person in the airasia Super App office located in NAIA Terminal 3, Pasay City, Metro Manila from Mondays to Wednesdays, 10:00AM - 3:00PM excluding public holidays. Alternatively, should the winner be located outside of Metro Manila, the prize will then be delivered to the winner at the winner’s cost. Should the winner opt for an insurance or additional protection to cover the delivery of the prize, it shall be at the winner’s own cost.
10. When claiming the prize in-person, winners must present the same valid government-issued ID sent in their reply to the notice as proof of identity.
11. The winner will shoulder the 20% tax on prizes exceeding PHP 10,000
12. The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money, money’s worth or other prizes.
13. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay in delivery of the goods caused by the delivery carrier. Should the prize be subjected to loss, is stolen, or damaged during delivery of prizes to the winner, airasia Super App will not replace the prize.
14. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest, including but not limited to the type of Prize and Winner is final with concurrence of DTI, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry, complaint and/or correspondence will be entertained.


15. airasia Super App reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.

By availing of the promo, all participants have acknowledged that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to comply with and abide by these terms and conditions including the following:


• The Organisers reserve the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of the transaction and eligibility of Participants with concurrence of DTI. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide a copy of necessary documents to the Organisers upon request. The Organisers’ decision in relation to all aspects of the Promo are final with concurrence of DTI, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
• The Organisers, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promo, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
• The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Promo.
• These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
• The Organisers further reserve their right to use any personal data of Participants in accordance with their respective Privacy Policy for any purpose related to this Promo and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
