How to Join?

  1. Book a flight with AirAsia during the Promo Period
  2. Purchase either a 25KG, 30KG, 40KG, 50KG, or 60KG baggage add-on during initial flight booking or via "Manage My Booking"
  3. You're now eligible to win our smartwheel luggage!

Qualifications

  1. The "Get That Bag" Raffle, shall run from September 21, 2024 to October 10, 2024 (“Promo Period”).
  2. The promo is open to all AirAsia Philippines guests.
  3. There will be three (3) winners who will be randomly chosen to win one (1) Airwheel Luggage each.
  4. AirAsia Philippines guests who booked a flight with either a 25KG, 30KG, 40KG, 50KG or 60KG baggage add-on during initial flight booking from 12:01 AM of September 21, 2024 to 11:59 PM of October 10, 2024 are eligible to participate in the "Get That Bag" raffle.

  • Terms & Conditions

    1. Only AirAsia Philippines guests who booked a flight with either a 25KG, 30KG, 40KG, 50KG, or 60KG baggage add-on will qualify for the promo.
    2. The participating AirAsia guest can only win once.
    3. The winners shall be notified via their registered mailing address and email address.
    4. Winners will confirm receipt by replying to the email that sent the notification.
    5. When claiming the prize, winners must send one valid government-issued ID.
    6. Winners will claim the luggage prize at RedPoint office at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. Before prize collection, winners must notify and confirm the date of visit by replying to the winner announcement email.
    7. Unclaimed prizes sixty (60) days after notification will be forfeited in favor of Philippines AirAsia, Inc. with prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
    8. AirAsia may require proof of identity of the holder but nothing herein obliges AirAsia under any circumstances to enquire, ascertain, or investigate the identity of any person.
    9. AirAsia is not liable to you for any loss and/or damages of travel voucher and it will not be replaced.
    10. AirAsia reserves the right to alter the prize without any prior given notice.
    11. Philippines AirAsia, Inc. reserves all right to amend any terms and conditions and details of this contest (including the right to cancel this contest) with prior approval from DTI.
    12. The promo is NOT open to employees of AirAsia, Organizers, Vendors, and Partners; and their respective subsidiaries and suppliers including their employees and relatives of the employees up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity.
    13. The prize is not convertible to cash and not for sale.
    14. Philippines AirAsia, Inc. reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.
    15. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding "Get That Bag" Raffle Giveaway.
    16. Participants hold AirAsia, its partners, and duly authorized representatives free and harmless from any claim by third parties for violation of privacy, violation of intellectual property rights, and/or damage to reputation and other similar instances.
    17. The Participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify AirAsia from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs(including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rightsof publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of the use of “Get That Bag” Raffle Giveaway.
    18. The Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Philippines and venue of any suit arising from this Promo shall be in the proper courts in the City of Pasay, to the exclusion of all other courts.
    19. The participant agrees to have read this form, understood its contents, and consent to the collection and processing of the information disclosed. The participant understands and agrees that this form and the information it contains will be processed by Philippines AirAsia, Inc. in accordance with its privacy policy, which the participant has likewise read and understood. The participant also hereby consents to the processing of personal data to comply with the regulations of the national government, civil aviation authorities, local government units, and government agencies, and allows Philippines AirAsia, Inc. and/or its affiliates and service providers to manage, verify booking and/or assist with the modification of the same, as applicable. The participant hereby warrants that all information in this form is complete, true and correct, and freely and voluntarily disclosed to Philippines AirAsia, Inc. for the aforementioned purposes. The participant also understands their rights under the Data Privacy Act, such as the right to access and correct personal information, and the right to object.
