Our Red Carpet privileges include a dedicated check-in area, access to the lounge and priority boarding as well as priority baggage delivery upon arrival.

Red Carpet service is available for all AK, FD, QZ, XJ, XT departing from selected destinations and on all I5 domestic sector flights.

Terms & Conditions

Charges/Fees

  1. When you purchase the Red Carpet service with your flights, whether it’s for new or recent bookings you will be charged accordingly.
  2. Please refer to table above for Red Carpet service charges.
  3. Children who are 24 months old and above are required to pay the full price.

Refund

The Red Carpet service fee is non-refundable if you missed your flight. However, if the flight is cancelled and you decide to take the refund option, then you will be entitled to a full refund. If you missed your original flight and take the next flight, then the Red Carpet fee paid shall be transferred to your next flight accordingly.

Flights

  1. Red Carpet service is non-transferable, non-reroutable and non-refundable
  2. If your flight is cancelled or terminated, then you have the option of getting a full refund of the Red Carpet service or transfer the service to your next available flight.

Availability

  1. Red Carpet service is available for all AK, FD, QZ , Z2, XT and XJ flights departing from Bangkok - Don Mueang , Phuket, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Udon Thani.
  2. Limited to 10 Red Carpet guests per flight except for flight departing from Bangkok - Don Mueang , Phuket, Chiang Mai and Udon Thani.
  3. Guest using the Fly-Thru service departing from Phuket and Chiang Mai transiting in Bangkok - Don Mueang can enjoy lounge access at Don Mueang International Airport's international terminal.

Pre-book Red Carpet

The Red Carpet service can be found in “Manage My Booking” and is available up to 4 hours before Scheduled Time of Departure.

Airport Purchase

You can purchase the Red Carpet service at the airport within 4 hours up to 1 hour before Scheduled Time of Departure.

Lounge Service

Availability of food and/or beverages at lounge may vary at airports.
