OCBC Bank and AirAsia Flights (Singapore)

Campaign Period: 0000 (GMT+8) on 9 September 2022, and ending at 2359 (GMT+8) on 23 September 2022

Introduction

  1. The OCBC Bank and AirAsia Flights Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“AACom”, “we”, “us”, “our” ) in collaboration with OCBC Bank Ltd (“OCBC”) which is made available on our airasia.com website and airasia Super App mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
  2. This Campaign is open to AirAsia members (“Members”) who make a purchase for a flight booking (“Product”) using their OCBC Card on the Platform (hereinafter known as “you”, “your”, “their”, “them”), and is governed by the terms and conditions contained herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
  3. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Campaign shall entitle you to enjoy a discount of SGD10 (“Campaign Discount”) with a minimum spend of SGD 150 on a single transaction using OCBC debit or credit cards issued in Singapore (“OCBC Card”) for the purchase of the Product.
  4. This Terms and Conditions shall be a legally binding document between you and us, and by participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions, and shall be deemed to have given your consent for the use, processing and collection and/or use of personal information by us and shall subject to our Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.
  5. You acknowledge that we are only an organiser of this Campaign and an operator of the Platform. Our obligations shall only be limited to issuing the Campaign Discount and providing assistance on any technical related matters arising out of the use of the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that the booking of a Product using your OCBC Card shall be the sole responsibility of OCBC. As such, you accept that OCBC’s respective terms and conditions will be additional to these Terms and Conditions, and by virtue of your booking, you agree to be bound by and to comply with the relevant terms and conditions of OCBC as listed below:
    1. OCBC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete or add to the promotion, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the promotion.
    2. OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Campaign or the Product relating to the Campaign. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any Product and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the promotion, or any product/service relating to the promotion, by any person.
    3. OCBC’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

Validity

  1. The Campaign will be held for a period of fifteen (15) days commencing from 0000 (GMT+8) on 9 September 2022, and ending at 2359 (GMT+8) on 23 September 2022 (“Campaign Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to end the Campaign at any date and/or time later than 2359 (GMT+8) on 23 September 2022. Members whose applications are received by us after the expiry of the Campaign Period will not be entitled to receive any Campaign Discount.
  2. Campaign Discount for flights is only available to bookings with AK, QZ, FD and Z2 flight codes for international travel and for the travel period of 10 September 2022 to 31 March 2023.

Specific Terms and Conditions

  1. This Campaign is only applicable to bookings of the Products made by Members on the Platform using OCBC Card during the Campaign Period. Members must be an existing airasia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. under the name “airasia rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by the Biglife Sdn. Bhd. at the point of participation in the Campaign. The Members must be located in Singapore based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected.
  2. Campaign Discount will be automatically reflected on the checkout page upon the insertion of the details of a valid OCBC Card.
  3. Throughout the Campaign Period, each Product is subject to a total redemption cap as stipulated in TABLE A below. Flights have a daily redemption cap which will be refreshed at every 0800 (GMT+8), and any outstanding redemptions will be carried forward to the next day. For the avoidance of doubt, this Campaign is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Bookings must be made in SGD currency with a minimum spend of SGD 150 for the Product with or without ancillaries (including but not limited to seats, meals, and bags). This Campaign Discount shall not be applicable to past bookings made under ‘My Bookings’ on the Platform prior to the Campaign Period.
  2. This Campaign Discount will not be applicable if the final amount charged to the OCBC Card is below the minimum spend. The final charged amount that you will receive, shall be such an actual chargeable amount less the usage of ‘airasia Points’ or credits in the account.
  3. You acknowledge that we will not be liable and/or obligated to issue the Campaign Discount should your OCBC Card be rejected without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  4. You are deemed to be ineligible for this Campaign if you have failed to fulfill these Terms and Conditions and/or have submitted incomplete or inaccurate data and information without any prior notice whatsoever.

Miscellaneous

  1. In addition to these Specific Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept that, you will be further subject to the terms and conditions of the Products which can be found on the Platform and the terms and conditions of the relevant merchants or airline carriers (if any) which can be found in their respective websites.
  2. The Campaign Discount is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money or money’s worth or other things. For the avoidance of doubt, the Campaign Discount can however be used as a form of payment for the products and services available on the Platform.
  3. These Specific Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other campaignal materials regarding this Campaign. In the event of inconsistency between the terms in these Specific Terms and Conditions and other provisions or materials, these Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  4. Neither the Organiser nor OCBC shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organiser or OCBC.
  5. The Organiser eserves the right at their sole discretion, at any time, to verify the validity of successful transaction(s) and eligibility of Members. Without limitation, Members agree to provide any necessary documentation and/or information to the Organiser upon request for the purpose of such validations. The Organiser’s decisions in relation to all aspects of the Campaign including but not limited to the Campaign Discount are final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
  6. You hereby agree not to hold the Organiser and/or OCBC liable for the outcome of this Campaign.
  7. If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to actions of the Member, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organiser and/or OCBC reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign.
  8. The Organiser and/or OCBC also reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any Member and retract the Campaign Discount if the Organiser and/or OCBC have proof or reasonably believe that the Member has (singularly or jointly with any other Member) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to obtain the Campaign Discount or undertaken any other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organiser and/or OCBC. The Organiser and/or OCBC further reserve the right to block the Member’s account from performing future transactions.
  9. The Organiser reserves the right at their sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign from time to time without any prior notice, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Platform as soon as practical.
  10. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser and/or OCBC of this Campaign shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against the Organiser and/or OCBC for any and all losses or damage howsoever arising, whether or not the Organiser and/or OCBC has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
  11. All expenses and costs associated with this Campaign, including but not limited to, such as transportation, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated (if applicable) shall be solely borne by the Members.
  12. You shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign, products and all services.
  13. You agree to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify the Organiser from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of your booking of Products under this Campaign.
  14. The Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
  15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore and each participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period: 1000 (GMT+8) on 1 August 2022 and ending at 2359 (GMT+8) on 31 August 2022

Introduction

  1. The airasia xpress x free flight giveaway (“Contest”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 201301020508)(“Organiser”). Subject to these terms and conditions, five (5) participants of this Contest (“Participants”, “you”, “their”) will stand a chance to win one (1) complimentary return flight from Kuala Lumpur to Penang (“Prize”) upon satisfying the Contest Mechanism hereinafter provided.
  2. This Contest will be conducted on the airasia Super App mobile application and website (collectively referred to as the “Dedicated Platforms”) during the Contest Period (hereunder provided).
  3. This Contest is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific Terms and Conditions”) and by participating or upon entry of this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by these Specific Terms and Conditions, and shall be deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information and is subjected to the Privacy Statement of the Organiser.

Validity

  1. The Contest will be held for a period of one (1) month commencing from 1000 (GMT+8) on 1 August 2022 and ending at 2359 (GMT+8) on 31 August 2022 (“Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Contest Period at any time as it deems fit without prior notice and/or liability to Participants.
  2. The Redemption Period and Travel Period shall be from 0000 (GMT+8) on 11 September 2022, and ending at 2359 (GMT+8) on 31 December 2022 ("Redemption and Travel Period"). Failure of the Winner to redeem and travel during the Redemption and Travel Period shall not constitute any liability on the part of the Organiser.

Specific Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants who adhere to the following contest mechanism (“Contest Mechanism”) are eligible to win the Contest:
    1. During the Contest Period, the Participants shall complete or must have completed a minimum of 100 on-demand delivery orders (no minimum spend required for each order) through airasia xpress on the Dedicated Platforms.
  2. Participants who satisfy the requirements of the Contest Mechanism shall be eligible to win the Contest, and Participants who provide incomplete entries or fail to abide by the Contest Mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without any further notice.
  3. Subject to the Specific Terms and Conditions, only the first five (5) participants who strictly followed the Contest Mechanism will be selected as the winners of this Contest (“Winners”).
  4. Entry to the Contest is free of charge and the Contest is open to Participants who are eighteen (18) years old and above on the date of entry and residing in Malaysia, except for the following:
    1. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of Capital A Berhad and its subsidiaries; and
    2. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion) of Capital A Berhad and its subsidiaries;
  5. In case there are less than five (5) Participants, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Contest with or without any further notice.

Announcement of Winner

  1. The Winners will be announced via email on 16 September 2022 (“Winner Announcement Date”). Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Prize shall only be claimable by the selected Winners.
  2. The redemption of the Prize is strictly limited to the following conditions:-
    1. The Prize shall be issued in a form of promotion code. The Winners shall redeem the Prize by applying such promotion code during payment checkout on the Dedicated Platforms.
    2. The Winners shall comply with the Redemption Period and Travel Period as stipulated in Clause 5 and Clause 6.
    3. Flight destination shall be limited to only round-trip flights from Kuala Lumpur to Penang.
    4. The redemption of the Prize is subject to flight availability on the Organiser’s website, www.airasia.com or airasia Super App mobile application. The Winners acknowledged that his/her preferred travel dates may be affected by any embargo period imposable by the airline companies, which shall be promptly communicated by the Organiser to the Winners. Any applicable surcharges pursuant to redemption of the Prize shall be borne by the Winners.
    5. Any booking made pursuant to the redemption of Prize shall be deemed valid upon Winners’ receipt of the booking confirmation and/or itinerary.
  3. The Organiser may require proof of identity of the Winners but nothing herein obliges the Organiser under any circumstance to enquire, ascertain or investigate the identity of any person(s).
  4. In the event the original Prize offered is not available, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute or replace the Prize with another prize of similar value. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize and its value shall be determined by the Organiser at its own discretion.
  5. The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money, money’s worth or other prizes.
  6. Only one (1) entry will be considered for the Prize in respect of the same Participant.
  7. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest, including but not limited to the type of Prize and the Winners, is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, inquiry, complaint and/or correspondence will be entertained.

The Organiser further reserves the right to block your airasia account from performing future transactions on the Organiser’s website.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to process you further in accordance with the applicable local laws should the Organiser have proof or reasonably believe that you have violated these Specific Terms and Conditions in connection with this Contest (in which case you undertake to bear maximum liability allowed by law).
  4. These Specific Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in this Specific Terms and Conditions and other provisions or materials, this Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  5. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winner and Participant(s) in connection with this Contest, the promotion of this Contest or the use of any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  11. The Participant(s) shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Contest.
  12. These Specific Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

  8. You shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Contest.
  9. All other costs and expenses associated with this Contest and Prize, including but not limited to, transportation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated shall be solely borne by the Winner.

The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winner and Participant(s) in connection with this Contest, the promotion of this Contest or the use of any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  11. The Participant(s) shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Contest.
  12. These Specific Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Introduction

  1. The Travelmall Lucky Shopper Contest (“Contest”) is organised by AirAsia Duty Free Sdn. Bhd. (“Travelmall”) (“Organiser”).
  2. This Contest is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Terms and Conditions”) and by participating or upon entry of this Contest, all contestants (“Contestant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and shall be deemed to have given their consent for the collection, processing and use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policies of the respective Organiser with no monetary payment.

Contest Period

  1. This Contest starts from 8 August 2022 (00:01, GMT+8) and ends on 9 September 2022 (23:59, GMT+8), both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Contest at any time as they deem fit without prior notice or liability to Contestants.
  2. Announcement of Winners will be made within ten (10) working days from the end of contest period (on/before 23 September 2022).

The Contest

  1. Eligibility
  2. 5.1 To participate in the Contest, the Contestant must meet the following criteria (as of Contest Period):.

    • Min age: 18 years;
    • Country of residence: Malaysia;

    5.2 The following persons are NOT eligible to take part in the Contest:

  4. 6.1 To enter the Contest (“Entry Criteria”):

    • Spend minimum RM80 on any item(s) on Travelmall (via Inflight Pickup or Home Delivery);
    • To stand a higher chance of winning the Grand Prize: Share a post of your Travelmall products on social media with hashtag #TMLuckyContest (ensure your profile is set to ‘public’ during Contest Period).

    6.2 Any order with total spend amounting to RM80 (Ringgit Malaysia eighty) and above will automatically qualify entry to this Contest (“Contest Entry”).

    6.3 Contestants will receive an order confirmation email from Travelmall which serves as proof of entry.

    6.4 Total spend of minimum RM80 excludes promo code usage and other promotional discounts (i.e. A shopper spends RM100 worth of goods but uses promo code worth RM30, thus amounting to RM70 total spend; hence this Shopper would be deemed ineligible for Contest entry).

    6.5 Each contest entry will be based on one (1) transaction only.

    6.6 Contestants may submit multiple entries by making multiple transactions with a total spend of RM80 and above/per transaction within the contest period.

    6.7 Any spend of RM80 and above on Travelmall is deemed consent to contest entry. Contestants may opt out of the Contest at any time via writing.

Prizes

  1. There is one [1] Grand Prize, one [1] 1st Prize, one [1] 2nd Prize, three [3] 3rd Prizes and three [3] Consolation Prizes to be won.

    • Grand Prize x 1 winner: AirAsia return flight tickets for one (1) passenger to preferred selected destination fulfilled by AirAsia Flights (list of destinations and travel period eligibility will be provided to the Winner for selection).
    • 2nd Prize x 1 winner: One (1) night hotel stay at preferred selected hotel fulfilled by AirAsia Hotels (list of hotels and stay period eligibility will be provided to the Winner for selection).
    • 3rd Prize x 3 winners: One (1) RM100 Travelmall shopping voucher (to be spent on any item(s) on AirAsia Travelmall).
    • Consolation Prize x 3 winners: One (1) 5,000 AirAsia Reward Points (points to be credited to winners’ AirAsia Rewards member account).

Selection of Winners

  1. Winners will be selected at random via an online Lucky Draw raffle.
  2. Announcement of Winners will be made within ten (10) working days from contest end date, via Travelmall website and other appropriate channels.
  3. Winners will be contacted via Email and/or WhatsApp from Travelmall within ten (10) working days from the date of Announcement of Winners. Winners’ contact details will be according to the information provided to Travelmall during Contest Entry.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Winners.
  5. All Organiser’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.

Prize Fulfilment

  1. Prizes are to be redeemed online only (further instructions on how to redeem will be provided to the Winners).
  2. Each Contestant is entitled to win one (1) Prize only.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.
  4. In the event, for any reason whatsoever, any of the Winners is unable to collect the prize within thirty (30) days from the date of Winners’ announcement (“Prize Redemption Period”), the respective Prize shall be forfeited.
  5. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the Winner cannot be contacted for whatever reasons after at least three (3) attempts and/or days.

Other Terms & Conditions

Introduction

  1. This terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) will govern the “Travelmall Promo Code in Value Pack, Premium Flex, Premium Flatbed and Corporate Full Flex (Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia) Campaign” (“Campaign”) which is organised by AirAsia Duty Free Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”).

  1. This Campaign is open to the general public who holds an airasia member account in the Platform (“Participant”).

This Campaign is governed by the requirements set out hereunder and by participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, airasia travelmall terms and conditions, and shall be deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information and the use of such personal information shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Organiser with no monetary payment.

Validity

Campaign Requirements

  1. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”):-

Promo Code Conditions

  1. Subject to the Campaign Requirements, the Participants are entitled to apply the Promo Code with conditions as stipulated below:

    - Three (3) Value Packs for AK flight; and
    - Three (3) Value Packs for Z2 flight.
    Entitled to receive three (3) Promo Codes through one (1) email (for AK flight) and another three (3) Promo Codes through another email (for Z2 flight).

    For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum Promo Code received per Successful Purchase, per carrier code, will be four (4) Promo Codes.

  9. Participants who have made a purchase of flight booking with add-ons of Corporate Full Flex will be entitled to receive one (1) Promo Code per carrier code through one (1) email to the booker.
  10. Promo Code is only applicable for purchase on airasia travelmall which is available on the Platform;
  11. One (1) Promo Code is applicable for one (1) transaction only per airasia member ID on the Platform. A daily limit of Promo Code redemptions applies;
  12. The Promo Code is valid for all products storewide on airasia travelmall, on top of the ongoing promotions and discounts. The Promo Code is not stackable.
  13. Promo Codes are valid for three (3) months, counted from the date when the email of Promo Code is sent to the Participants;

Flight Booking Conditions

  1. Subject to the Campaign Requirements, the Participants shall follow the flight booking conditions stipulated below to be eligible for the Promo Code:
    1. Pre-booking for inflight delivery must be done at least (48) forty-eight hours before flying;
    2. Applicable for all AK, Z2 and QZ flight bookings;
    3. Participants must make the flight booking with add-ons purchased at least (72) seventy -two hours or more prior to departure to be eligible for receiving the Promo Code;
    4. The Promo Code is not applicable for Participants who make a flight booking of more than (90) ninety days prior to departure;

Only Participants who fulfill and abide by all of the Campaign Requirements and the Flight Booking Conditions set out in paragraph 12 of this Terms & Conditions are eligible to receive the Promo Code. Any incomplete transactions or failure to abide by any of the Campaign Requirements and the Flight Booking Conditions set out in paragraph 12 of this Terms & Conditions will be automatically disqualified and is not eligible to receive the Promo Code without any further notice to the Participant.
  2. In the event of a fraud, only the amount paid by the Participant for the specific Product after applying any of the Promo Code will be refunded to the Participant.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any of the Campaign’s offer to the Participant, in the event that the Organiser believes that the Participant may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions and/or may bring the Organiser into disrepute.

Miscellaneous

  1. If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to actions of the Participants, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign.
  2. The Organiser also reserves the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and retract the Promo Code from any Participants if the Organiser has proof or reasonably believe that the Participant has (singularly or jointly with any other Participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to obtain the Promo Code or undertaken any other activities harmful to this Campaign or to us.   3. The Organiser reserves the right to process you further in accordance with the applicable local laws should the Organiser have proof or reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions in connection with this Campaign (in which case you undertake to bear maximum liability allowed by law).
  4. This Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the Campaign.   5. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply with or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign from time to time without any prior notice, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Platform immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser of this Campaign shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damage howsoever arising, whether or not the Organiser or you have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
  7. You shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign.
  8. You agree to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify us from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of this Campaign.
  9. The Participants shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Campaign.
  10. This Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
  11. This Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and all disputes relating to the Campaign are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.

  1. Terms and Conditions for AirAsia Money Game Top Up Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“AACom”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in collaboration with RMS Reload Sdn Bhd Sdn Bhd (“Razer”) on Game Top Up products.

Introduction

  1. The AirAsia 2022 Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn. Bhd. (“AACom”, “we”, “us”, “our” ) in collaboration with Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited (“Visa”) which is made available on our airasia.com website and airasia Super App mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). (AACom and Visa shall collectively be referred to as “Organisers”)

This Campaign is open to Members (hereunder defined) who make a purchase for any flight purchase with the airline codes of “AK” or “D7” on the Platform (“Product”) by using their Visa Card (hereunder defined) (hereinafter known as “you”, “your”, “their”, “them”), and is governed by the terms and conditions contained herein (“Terms and Conditions”).

This Terms and Conditions shall be a legally binding document between you and us, and by participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions, and shall be deemed to have given your consent for the use, processing and collection and/or use of personal information by us and shall subject to our Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.
  5. You acknowledge that we are only an organiser of this Campaign and an operator of the Platform. Our obligations shall only be limited to issuing the Campaign Discount and providing assistance on any technical related matters arising out of the use of the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that the purchase of a Product using your Visa Card shall be the sole responsibility of Visa. As such, you accept that Visa’s respective terms and conditions will be additional to these Terms and Conditions and by virtue of your booking, you agree to be bound by and to comply with the relevant terms and conditions of Visa.

Validity

  1. The Campaign will be held for a period of forty-nine (49) days commencing from 0000 (GMT+8) on 1 August 2022, and ending at 2359 (GMT+8) on 18 September 2022 (“Campaign Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to end the Campaign at any date and/or time earlier than 2359 (GMT+8) on 18 September 2022, with no liability to you.
  2. Purchase Period : 0000 (GMT+8) on 1 August 2022, and ending at 2359 (GMT+8) on 18 September 2022
  3. The Campaign Discount for the Product is applicable to both domestic and international travel destinations. The travel period of the Product must be from 1 August 2022 to 28 October 2023.

Specific Terms and Conditions

  1. This Campaign is only applicable to Products purchased by AirAsia members (“Members”) using a Visa Card during the Campaign Period. Members must be an existing airasia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. under the name “airasia rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by the Biglife Sdn. Bhd. at the point of participation in the Campaign. The Member must be located in Malaysia based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected.
  2. Campaign Discount will be automatically reflected on the checkout page upon the insertion of the details of the Visa Card.
  3. Throughout the Campaign Period, each Product is subject to a total redemption cap as stipulated in TABLE A below. The daily redemption cap shall be refreshed daily at 0000 (GMT+8), and any unredeemed amount of Products shall be carried forward to the next day. For the avoidance of doubt, this Campaign is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Bookings must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) currency with a minimum spend of MYR200 for the Product with or without ancillary charges (including but not limited to seats, meals and baggage) (“Minimum Spend”). This Campaign Discount shall not be applicable to any completed bookings of the Product made on the Platform prior to the Campaign Period.
  2. This Campaign Discount will not be applicable if the final amount charged to the Visa Card is below the Minimum Spend. The final charged amount shall be the actual chargeable amount minus the usage of ‘airasia points’ or airasia travel credits.
  3. You acknowledge that we will not be liable and/or obligated for an inapplicable use of the Campaign Discount should your Visa Card be rejected without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  4. You are deemed to be ineligible for this Campaign if you have failed to fulfil these Specific Terms and Conditions and/or have submitted incomplete or inaccurate data and information without any prior notice whatsoever and liability towards the Organisers.

Miscellaneous

  1. In addition to these Specific Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept that you will be further subject to the terms and conditions of the Products which can be found on the Platform and the terms and conditions of the relevant merchants or airline carriers (if any) which can be found in their respective websites.
  2. The Campaign Discount is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money or money’s worth or other things. For the avoidance of doubt, the Campaign Discount can however be used as a form of payment for the products and services available on the Platform.
  3. These Specific Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other campaignal materials regarding this Campaign.
  4. The Organisers shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organisers.
  5. The Organisers reserve the right at their sole discretion, at any time, to verify the validity of successful transaction(s) and eligibility of Members. Without limitation, Members agree to provide any necessary documentation and/or information to the Organisers upon request for the purpose of such validations. The Organisers’ decisions in relation to all aspects of the Campaign including but not limited to the Campaign Discount are final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained. You hereby agree not to hold us liable for the outcome of this Campaign.
  6. If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to actions of the Participants, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organisers reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign.
  7. The Organisers also reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any Member and retract the Campaign Discount if the Organisers have proof or reasonably believe that the Member has (singularly or jointly with any other Member) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to obtain the Campaign Discount or undertaken any other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organisers. The Organisers further reserve the right to block the Member’s account from performing future transactions.
  8. The Organisers reserve the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, modification, postponement or suspension by the Organisers of this Campaign shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and all losses or damage howsoever arising, whether or not the Organisers have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
  9. The Organisers reserve the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions (wholly or partly) contained herein and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign from time to time without any prior notice, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Platform as soon as practical.
  10. All expenses and costs associated with this Campaign, including but not limited to, such as transportation, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated (if applicable) shall be solely borne by the Members.
  11. You shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign, Products and all services.
  12. You agree to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify the Organisers from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of your booking of Products under this Campaign.
  13. The Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
  14. The Terms and Conditions of Visa shall also apply.
  15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
