  4. Campaign Mechanics: This Campaign is applicable in the following manner:

The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice.   3. Winner Selection, Announcement and Prize Collection
  4. 3.1 Participants may post as many entries as they wish during the Contest Period. Repetition of the same caption (spamming), incomplete or ineligible entries will be disqualified. A Participant will stand a chance to win one (1) Prize based on one (1) valid entry throughout the Contest Period.

    3.2 The winner of the Contest (“Winner”) will be announced on airasia shop Facebook page on the 20th January 2021 or any other date deemed fit by the Organiser (“Winner Announcement Date”).

    3.3 Only five (5) Winners will be selected based on the discretion of the judging panel. Organisers will select the Winner based on the best comment and only qualified Participants who have adhered to these Contest terms and conditions and contest mechanics will be selected as a Winner. Incomplete entries and/or Participants that fail to fulfil the Contest Mechanics will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without notice.

    3.4 The Winner must provide his/her personal particulars within three (3) days of the Winner Announcement Date via direct message on Facebook. During the Prize redemption at the Organiser’s business office, the Winner shall present their identification card or Passport to the Organiser for verification purposes.
    2. In the event the Winner request for the Prize to be delivered - the Organiser may courier the Prize to the Winner. In such instances, the Organiser shall not be liable for the Prize once it has been handed over to Pos Laju and a tracking number is provided. For the purposes of clarification, the Organiser shall bear a one-time courier fee to send the Prize within Malaysia. The Organiser will not bear the cost of any loss/damaged item.

    3.6 Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-resalable for cash/product.

    3.7 The Organizer is not responsible for any late redemption of the prize.     4.4 Participants may not use the Contest for the expression of political or religious ideas, pornography, obscenity, vulgarity, hatred, bigotry, racism or gratuitous violence.

    4.5 The Organiser has the right to refuse any entry which contains material which is offensive, injurious, obscene, vindictive, indecent, immoral, aggressive, sexually oriented, racist, derisive, slanderous, discriminatory, or in any other way not in line with good taste and decency, or which the Organizer deems in its sole discretion to be otherwise unacceptable.

    4.6 The Organiser retains the right to exclude Participants from participating in the contest and to delete entries if these are not in line or in conflict with these Contest Terms and Conditions.
