Introduction

  1. This Super Travel Festival Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”). The Campaign can be accessed through the website (www.airasia.com) or the airasia Super App (“Dedicated Platform”).
  2. This Campaign is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Terms and Conditions”) and by participating or upon entry of this Campaign, users of the Platform who participate (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and shall be deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information and the use of such personal information shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Organiser which found here with no monetary payment.
  3. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, Participants are entitled to enjoy up to 50% off by applying the promotion codes namely, Hotel Promotion Code and Non-airasia flight Promotion Code, as further stipulated in Table A hereunder (collectively referred to as “Discounts”) on selected hotels and non-airasia flights from any airlines to/from Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore (“Participating Region”) upon satisfying the mechanism of the Campaign as hereinafter provided.
  4. Information on how to participate in this Campaign forms part of these conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of these conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.
  5. Validity

  6. This Campaign will commence from 12:01 (GMT+8) on 17 May 2022, and end at 11:59 (GMT+8) on 23 May 2022 (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as it deems fit without prior notice and/or liability to Participants.
  7. Campaign Requirements

    1. Participants must visit the Dedicated Platform with an existing airasia member ID login;
    2. Participants shall select either the 'Hotel’ or ‘Flight' tab to check for available promotion codes by searching a destination or a city; and
    3. Participants shall apply any applicable promotion code during checkout to redeem the Discount.

  11. Discounts are available on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability as stipulated under Clause 7.
  12. The redemption of the Discounts are subject to any respective flight availability, fare regulations, or hotel cancellation policy on the Dedicated Platform. Any applicable surcharges pursuant to this Campaign shall be borne by the Participants.
  13. In addition to the available Discounts, Participants may apply an additional 30% discount on selected hotels using the voucher code available on the Dedicated Platform uponcheckout.
  14. In addition to any terms and conditions as tabulated under Clause 7, the usage of the Discounts are subject to Booking Date and Travel Period as follows:-

  16. Participants who satisfy all the Campaign Requirements shall be eligible for the Discount and Participants who fail to abide by the Campaign Requirements will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign without any further notice.
  17. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participation by Participants which are deemed to contain offensive, inappropriate and/or obscene elements. Such entries will be disqualified immediately.
  18. If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to actions of the Participants, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this campaign, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign.
  19. The Organiser also reserves the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and prevent the usage of promotion codes from any Participant if the Organiser has proof or reasonably believes that the Participant has (singularly or jointly with any other Participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to obtain the promotion or undertaken any other activities harmful to this Campaign or to us. The Organiser further reserves the right to block the Participant’s airasia account from performing future transactions on the Dedicated Platform.
  20. The Organiser reserves the right to process Participants further in accordance with the applicable local laws should the Organiser have proof or reasonably believe that the Participants have violated these Terms and Conditions in connection with this Campaign (in which case Participants undertake to bear maximum liability allowed by law).
  21. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, at any time, to verify the validity of successful transactions and eligibility of Participants. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide necessary information to the Organiser upon request.
  22. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant if the Organiser reasonably believes that the Participant has undertaken fraudulent practices and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organiser.
  23. Participants may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organiser, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser.
  24. The Participants shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Campaign.

  25. Miscellaneous

  26. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  27. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected transaction(s) whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
  28. The Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special and consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, liability, disappointment, personal injury, or death which is incurred, suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by the Participants in connection with this Campaign, the promotion of this Campaign except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  29. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
  30. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein, without any prior notice to the Participants. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign including but application of the discounts or promotion codes to Participants shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence, appeal nor complaint from any Participants will be entertained.
  31. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, computer system malfunction, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organiser.
  32. All expenses associated with this Campaign such as transportation, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated (if applicable) shall be solely borne by the Participants.
  33. All taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against the Participants under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign shall be solely borne by the Participants.
  34. The Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
  35. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subjected to the jurisdiction of a forum in Malaysia.

Introduction

  1. Campaign Name: The “TRAVELMALL MAY PLATFORM CAMPAIGN” is organised by AIRASIA DUTY FREE SDN BHD (“Organiser”,”us”) on airasia.com/travelmall/my/en (“airasia travelmall” or “Website”).
  2. Campaign Period: The Campaign will be held for a period of thirty six (36) days commencing from 25 April 2022 00:00 (GMT +8) and ends on 31 May 2022, 23:59 (GMT +8).
  3. Participant: This Campaign is open to all members of the public within the Campaign Period (“Participants”,”you”,”their”).
  4. This Campaign is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Campaign Terms and Conditions”) and shall be a legally binding document between you and us. You agree to be bound by these Campaign Terms and Conditions, the Customer Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Statement of the Website which may be amended from time to time.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign from time to time without any prior notice, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Website immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser of this Campaign shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damage howsoever arising, whether or not the Organiser or you have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other languages version of these Campaign Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.   3. The Campaign Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the Campaign. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in this Campaign Terms and Conditions and other provisions or materials, this Campaign Terms and Condition shall prevail.
  4. You shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign.
  5. All other costs and expenses associated with this Campaign and Complimentary Gift, including but not limited to, transportation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated shall be solely borne by the Participant.
  6. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organiser.
  7. You agree to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify us from and against all losses (including but not limited to loss of opportunity, direct, indirect and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of your actions or non-actions in relation to this Campaign.
  8. The Participant(s) shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Campaign.
  9. These Campaign Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and all disputes relating to the Campaign are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.

  11. Prevailing USD-PHP exchange rates at the time of booking shall apply on fares quoted in US Dollars.
  12. A copy of a valid passport or any government-issued ID of the passenger may be required upon request of AirAsia.
  13. Non-refundable. In case of government mandated travel restriction / flight cancellation, ticket is non-refundable, however, passenger is allowed to rebook such flight to a different date. Fare difference may apply. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the same shall be subject to applicable rules and regulations.
  14. Offers are likewise subject to terms and conditions of airasia and the BDO Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the BDO Credit and Debit Cards.
  15. All BDO Credit Card transactions are subject to bank approval.

  17. In case of dispute such as, but not limited to Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillments, BDO’s decision shall prevail with prior approval from DTI. Introduction

1.1 The AirAsia Xpress Launch Promotional Campaign (hereinafter known as the “Campaign”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (the “Organiser”). This Campaign is open to anyone who makes a first booking (“Participants”, “you”, “your”) on AirAsia Xpress (“Xpress Booking”) available in the AirAsia SuperApp mobile application (collectively referred to as “Platform”).

1.2 This Campaign is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific Terms and Conditions”) and by participating or upon redemption for this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Specific Terms and Conditions upon redemption of the Vouchers (hereunder defined), and shall also be deemed to have given your consent for the collection of personal information and be subject to the AirAsia Xpress Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Statement of the Platform which may be amended from time to time.

1.3 Subject to the Specific Terms and Conditions, you will be eligible to receive the 50% Off Voucher, such as below:

  1. An instant delivery discount capped at 50% off (“50% Off Voucher”) :
    • You are deemed eligible for this 50% Off Voucher if you have made a Xpress Booking of any value;
    • This 50% off Voucher can be utilised for instant delivery on the Xpress Booking app and has a discount cap of SGD5.
  2. The Vouchers would only be within Singapore, as specified in the Platform (hereinafter referred to as ''Service Areas'').
  3. The Vouchers are redeemable for any type of vehicle for the Xpress booking which available in the Platform.
  4. The discount for the 50% Off Voucher will be applied at your checkout page upon entering the promotional code “50OFFSG” and is applicable for single use per Participant.

Validity

2.1 The 50% Off Voucher will be available for redemption for a period of three (3) months commencing from 00:00 (GMT+8) on 16 February 2022 and ending at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 15 May 2022 (both dates inclusive); or until completion of 1000 purchase transactions. The Organisers reserve the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as they deem fit without any prior notice.

Specific Terms and Conditions

3.1 Participants shall satisfy these following campaign requirements (“Campaign Requirements”) in order to be eligible to redeem the Vouchers:

  1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old on the date of redemption for either Vouchers;
  2. You must have registered to be an AirAsia member in the Platform;
  3. You must be signed into your AirAsia account in the Platform to be eligible for this discount. For the purpose of clarity, a maximum discount of SGD5 is applicable for the 50% Off Voucher and the discount will be offset against the total payment amount;
  4. You must access our Platform and place your Xpress Booking subject to the Service Areas specified in the Platform.

3.2 The Vouchers is only applicable for Xpress Booking that fulfils these Specific Terms and Conditions. Transactions with an incomplete fulfilment or fail to abide by these Specific Terms and Conditions will be automatically ineligible for the redemption of the Vouchers and would thus pay the delivery rates as stated in the page here.

3.3 The Organiser reserves the right to not accept any redemption of Vouchers by Participants which the Organiser deems to be suspicious and fraudulent.

3.4 In the event of a refund, only the amount paid after applying the discount will be refunded to the respective Participants.

3.5 The Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money or money’s worth products and/or services except for Xpress Bookings in the Platform.

3.6 The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, including but not limited to the type and value of Vouchers shall be final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry, complaint and/or correspondence will be entertained.

4.1 This Specific Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the Campaign. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in this Specific Terms and Conditions and other provisions or materials, this Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

4.2 The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply with or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, lockdown or movement restriction control due to epidemic or pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organiser.

4.3 The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign from time to time without any prior notice, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Platform immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser of this Campaign shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damage howsoever arising, whether or not the Organiser or you have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

4.4 The Participants shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign.

4.5 All other costs and expenses associated with this Campaign and Vouchers, including but not limited to, transportation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated shall be solely borne by the Participants.

4.6 The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Participants in connection with this Campaign or the use of the Voucher, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

4.7 The Participants shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Campaign.
