Introduction

  1. This “Super App Super Sale” (“Campaign”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 201301020508)(“Organiser”).
  2. This Campaign runs concurrently in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Philippines (collectively referred to as “Participating Regions”) and the Campaign will be implemented on the Organiser’s website at https://airasia.com and airasia Super App mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Dedicated Platforms”).
  3. This Campaign shall launch in consecutive stages:
    1. The Campaign shall be open to all existing BigPay cardholders, Hotlink service subscribers, AirAsia Hong Leong Bank Gold Credit Card cardholders, Bangkok Bank Limited cardholders, RCBC Bankard Credit Card cardholders and existing airasia registered members (“Early Priority Access Participants”) from 19 March 2023 (10:00 hrs) until 19 March 2023 (23:59 hrs) (based on the respective time zones of each Participating Region’s geo-location), both dates inclusive unless advised otherwise by the Organiser (“Early Priority Access Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Early Priority Access Period at any time as they deem fit without any prior notice and/or liability to the Early Priority Access Participants; and
    2. The Campaign shall be open to both the general public and Early Priority Access Participants (collectively be referred to as “Participants”)starting from 20 March 2023 (00:00 hrs) and ends on 26 March 2023 (23:59 hrs) (based on the respective time zones of each Participating Region’s geo-location), both dates inclusive unless advised otherwise by the Organiser (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the Campaign Period at any time as they deem fit without any prior notice and/or liability to the Participants.
  4. By participating in this Campaign, all Participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign as stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”) and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organiser (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organiser in all matters related thereto, and shall be deemed to have given their consent for the collection, processing and use of such personal information with no monetary payment, in accordance with the privacy policy of the Organiser.
  5. Information on how to participate in this Campaign forms part of these conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of these conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.

EARLY PRIORITY ACCESS

  1. During the Early Priority Access Period, the Early Priority Access Participants are entitled to 70% discount on all Eligible Products (hereunder defined) (referred to as the ‘Discount’) and 5x the regular issuance of Bonus airasia points on (“5x Bonus airasia points”), subject to the requirements as follows:
    1. Must have a valid and existing airasia membership account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BigLife Sdn. Bhd. (“BIG”) under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by BIG at the point of participation in the Campaign; and
    2. Must be located in any of the Participating Regions based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected.
  2. Early Priority Access Participants are allowed to perform multiple transactions and/or purchases to enjoy the Discount and earn 5x Bonus airasia points during the Early Access Period.
  3. For the avoidance of doubt,
    1. For purchase of any Eligible Products up to RM250, the 5x Bonus airasia points are subject to a maximum cap of 1,000 airasia points per transaction; and
    2. For purchase of any Eligible Products above RM250, the 5x Bonus airasia points are subject to a maximum cap of 5,000 airasia points per transaction.
  4. Notwithstanding the stipulated Campaign Period, by fulfilling the Campaign Requirements under Clause 11, Early Priority Access Participants are simultaneously entitled to the multiple benefits and contest enrollment under Clause 12 during the Early Access Period.

Campaign Requirements

  1. To qualify and participate in the Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements (“Campaign Requirements”): -
    1. Must have a valid and existing airasia membership account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BigLife Sdn. Bhd. (“BIG”) under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by BIG at the point of participation in the Campaign. In the event the Participant is not a registered airasia member at the commencement of the Campaign Period, the Participant is required to sign-up as an airasia member via the Dedicated Platforms before participating in the Campaign. Any registration of airasia membership made after the Campaign Period shall not be entitled to any discounts and/or airasia points entitlement under this Campaign;
    2. Must be located in any of the Participating Regions based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected;
    3. Must perform any of the purchase(s) and/or transaction(s) through the Dedicated Platforms for any product(s) and/or service(s) from the categories as listed below (collectively referred to as “Eligible Products” and each as “Eligible Product”):-
      1. Shop (excluding Thailand);
      2. Food (excluding Philippines);
      3. Ride (excluding Philippines);
      4. Hotel;
      5. Non-Airasia flights;
      6. Transport;
      7. Gift. (excluding Thailand and Philippines)

Campaign Mechanisms

  1. TParticipants who adhere to the Campaign Requirements are eligible to receive multiple benefits and contest enrollment as tabulated below:
  2. a. 4x BONUS AIRASIA POINTS

    1. Participants shall be entitled to receive addition four times 4x the regular issuance of Bonus airasia points (“Bonus airasia points”), in addition to the regular issuance rate of airasia points earned pursuant to the purchase of each Eligible Product.
    2. Participants are allowed to perform multiple transactions and/or purchase to earn the Bonus airasia points during the Campaign Period subject to a maximum cap of 5,000 Bonus airasia points per transaction.
    3. In addition to Clause 12(a)(i) and 12(a)(ii), Participants who are Permata Bank’s AirAsia Platinum Credit Cards cardholders and Permata Bank’s Airasia Debit Cards cardholders shall be eligible for an additional 7x Bonus airasia points for every IDR10,000 spent on the Eligible Product, subject to a maximum cap of 3,500 bonus airasia points per transaction, in addition to the Bonus airasia points and regular airasia points earned pursuant to the purchase of each Eligible Product.
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, no Bonus airasia points will be awarded for any canceled, invalid, incomplete or returned purchase(s) or transaction(s) for this Campaign.
    5. Certain Eligible Products may be available in some Participating Regions only. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser may amend the categories of Eligible Product from time to time without notice or liability to the Participants.
    6. Bonus airasia points and regular airasia points will be issued based on the total net purchase amount of the Eligible Products, excluding any taxes, shipping costs and/or ancillary charges. For the avoidance of doubt, any successful transactions of the Eligible Products using currency other than Ringgit Malaysia (“RM”) will be converted into RM for the issuance of Bonus airasia points and regular airasia points under this Campaign.
    7. All Bonus airasia points earned pursuant to this Campaign will be credited into the eligible Participant’s airasia membership account within fourteen (14) days from the end of the Campaign Period, whereas the regular airasia points will be credited within fourteen (14) days from the date of usage or utilisation of the Eligible Product(s). For the avoidance of doubt, regular airasia points for the Eligible Products(s) that are purchased, will not be credited until it is used or utilised.
    8. Notwithstanding the standard validity period of airasia points as stipulated within the airasia rewards Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.airasia.com/rewards, for this Campaign, the validity period of the Bonus airasia points shall be valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date such Bonus airasia points are credited into the eligible Participant’s airasia membership account. Any Bonus airasia points not utilised within its validity period will lapse without notice or liability.
    9. Participants that have participated in any other promotional campaign with the same campaign mechanics as stated above which occur concurrently with this Campaign, will not be entitled for the above-mentioned Bonus airasia points.

    b. DISCOUNT AIRASIA POINTS REDEMPTION

    1. Pursuant to this Campaign, the deduction of airasia points as a form of payment shall be available at a minimum knock-off rate of 50 airasia points for every RM1 (“Redemption Rate”) spent on the total amount of the respective Eligible Products as tabulated in Table 1 (excluding any taxes, charges and/or delivery fee).
    2. Such Redemption Rate shall be subject to the capping of airasia points redemption per category as tabulated in Table 1.

    4. The Redemption Rate and the content of Table 1 may be subject to change without notice or liability towards the Participants.

    c. SHOP AND WIN CONTEST

    1. For the purpose of this Shop and Win Contest (“Contest”), Participants are entitled to one (1) entry per successful purchase of each Eligible Product. For the avoidance of doubt, Participants are allowed to make multiple entries throughout the Campaign Period.
    2. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, the Participant who has accumulated the highest spending on Eligible Products in each Participating Regions shall be chosen as the winner of this Contest (“Winners”). For the avoidance of doubt, there will be a total of five (5) Winners for this Shop and Win Contest (one for each Participating Region).
    3. Each Winner from the respective Participating Region (except Thailand) shall be entitled to win win two (2) complimentary return flight tickets to Bali, Indonesia (“Flight Voucher”) and a hotel voucher as tabulated below (“Hotel Voucher”) (collectively referred to as “Prizes” and each a “Prize”):

      II: Flight Voucher

      1. The Flight Voucher will be sent out via email to each Winner. Further terms and conditions on the redemption of such Flight Voucher (‘airasia Super App Complimentary Voucher Terms & Conditions’) shall be stipulated in such email. The Winners shall acknowledge and abide by the airasia Super App Complimentary Voucher Terms & Conditions.
      2. The Flight Voucher shall be a pair of return flight tickets, departing from the Winner’s respective Participating Region to Bali, Indonesia.
      3. The Flight Voucher shall be valid for a period of six (6) months from the Winner Announcement Date (hereinafter defined).The Flight Voucher shall be booked and utilised within such validity period, failing which the Organiser shall not be liable for the expiration of the Flight Voucher.

    5. The Winner from Thailand (“TH Winner”) shall be entitled to receive a Pacsafe voucher worth THB 10,000 (“TH Prize”). Specific terms and conditions governing the redemption of TH Prize are as follows:
      • The TH Prize shall be sent to TH Winner through his/her respective registered email address under the TH Winner’s airasia member account.
      • Validity period of the TH Prize shall be from 1 April 2023 until 31 December 2023.
      • The TH Prize is only valid for Thailand region only. The TH Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money, money’s worth or other prizes.
      • The TH Prize is valid for items purchases from the participating stores as tabulated below:

      • TH Winner will be contacted by the Organiser through email to confirm his/her eligibility for Prize redemption purposes. In the event the TH Winner fails to respond to such communication one (1) week after the receipt of such email, the TH Prize shall be forfeited without further notice or liability towards the TH Winner.

    6. Entry to the Contest is free of charge and the Contest is open to Participants who are eighteen (18) years old and above on the date of entry except for the following:
      • Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of Capital A Berhad and its subsidiaries; and
      • Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion) of Capital A Berhad and its subsidiaries.

    7. In the event there are less than thirty (30) Participants, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel this Contest with or without any further notice to the Participants.

    d. Announcement of Contest’s Winner

    1. The Winners will be announced through email two (2) weeks after the end of the Campaign Period (“Winner Announcement Date”).
    2. The Winners will be contacted by the Organiser through email to confirm the Winner’s geographical location and his/her eligibility for Prize redemption purposes. In the event any of the Winners fail to respond to such communication one (1) week after the receipt of such email, the Prize shall be forfeited without further notice or liability towards the Winners.
    3. The Prizes shall be sent to the Winners through their respective registered email address under the Winner’s airasia member account.
    4. The Prizes shall only be used for the purposes of redemption on the Dedicated Platforms.
    5. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, each Prize can only be redeemed by the selected Winners. The Organiser may require proof of identity of the Winner during redemption of these Prizes.
    6. In the event the original Prizes offered are not available, the Organiser reserves the right in their sole discretion to substitute or replace the Prizes from time to time with another prize of similar value without prior notice to the Winners. For the avoidance of doubt, the replacement prize and its value shall be determined by the Organiser at its own discretion.
    7. The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money, money’s worth or other prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prizes can only be redeemed for their respective purposes on the Dedicated Platforms only.
    8. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest, including but not limited to the type of Prize and Winner is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry, complaint and/or correspondence will be entertained.

    e. MISCELLANEOUS

    1. In addition to the Terms and Conditions as specified herein, the Campaign’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.airasia.com/aa/rewards/en/gb/campaign-general-terms-and-conditions.html (“General T&C”) shall apply to this Campaign. The General T&C may be amended from time to time, hence, you are advised to review it periodically to be aware of such modifications. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions set forth in the General T&C, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

    • The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Promo.
    • With the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry, the Organisers reserve the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time with prior notice via the registered email addresses of the participants.
    • These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
    • The Organisers further reserve their right to use any personal data of Participants in accordance with their respective Privacy Policy for any purpose related to this Promo and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

  1. This “5% AIRASIA FLIGHT DISCOUNT” (“Campaign”) is jointly organized by BigPay Malaysia Sdn Bhd and AirAsia Berhad (“Organizers”). The Campaign commences from 24 February 2023, 00:00 (GMT +8) and ends on 31 December 2023, 23:59 (GMT +8) (both dates inclusive) or any other period as deemed fit by the Organizer (“Campaign Period”).

Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before you enter this Campaign. By entering, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. General Terms and Conditions

  1. The Organizer reserves the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of the qualifying transactions, submissions, applications and eligibility of the Participants. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide necessary information to the Organizer upon request. The Organizers’ decision in relation to all aspects of the Campaign are final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
  2. Only Participants that fulfill the Campaign Terms and Conditions and Campaign mechanics shall be eligible to receive the discount. Participants who fail to fulfill the Campaign Terms and Conditions and Campaign mechanics will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign without notice.
  3. The Organizer further reserves their right to use any personal data of Participants in any manner and/or for any purpose as they deem fit in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and/or to cancel the discount from any Participant if the Organizer reasonably believe that the Participant has, whether singularly or jointly with any other Participant, undertaken fraudulent practices and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organizer including tampering with the systems, software or any other processes connected with this Campaign.
  5. Participants may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizer, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organizer.
  6. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by the Organizer shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  7. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected booking, submission and/or qualifying transaction whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
  8. The Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  9. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
  10. The Organizer reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Campaign Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
  11. The decision of the Organizer in relation to every aspect of the Campaign including but not limited to the discount and eligibility of Participants shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstances and no appeal or complaint from any Participant will be entertained.
  12. The Campaign Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistencies between the Campaign Terms and Conditions and the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
  13. The Campaign Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.



Shop & Win Contest Terms & Conditions (Philippines)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. For the purpose of this Shop and Win Contest (“Contest”), Participants are entitled to one (1) entry per successful purchase of each Eligible Product during the airasia Super App Super Sale Promo Period (February 20 - 26). For the avoidance of doubt, Participants are allowed to make multiple entries. Eligible Products are listed as follows:
    • Hotels
    • Non-airasia Flights
    • Shop
    • Transport
  2. One (1) Participant who has accumulated the highest spending on Eligible Products in the Philippines shall be chosen as the winner of this Contest (“Winner”).
  3. The Winner shall be entitled to win two (2) round-trip tickets to Busan and a hotel voucher worth PHP 10,000. The round-trip ticket and the hotel voucher shall be redeemable for 60 days upon receipt of the notification. Afterwhich, the round-trip ticket shall be valid for use 6 months upon redemption. The hotel voucher is valid for use until December 31, 2023 and is only valid on hotels in Busan under airasia hotels.
  4. Contest is open to Participants who are eighteen (18) years old and above on the date of entry except for the following who will be considered automatically disqualified:
    • Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of Capital A Berhad and its subsidiaries including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity; and
    • Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion) of Capital A Berhad and its subsidiaries including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity
  5. The winner will be determined and announced on airasia.com’s social media pages no later than March 13, 2023 (“Winner Announcement Date”).
  6. The Winners will be notified through their registered email address on airasia.com, through registered mail, and through SMS within 3 business days after determining the Winner, no later than March 16, 2023.
  7. The Prizes shall only be used for the purposes of redemption on the Dedicated Platforms.
  8. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, each Prize is only claimable by the selected Winner. The Organiser may require proof of the identity of the Winner during redemption of these Prizes.
  9. In the event the original Prizes offered are not available, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute or replace the Prizes with another prize of similar value. For the avoidance of doubt, the replacement prize and its value shall be determined by the Organiser at its own discretion.
  10. The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money, money’s worth or other prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize can however be used as a form of payment for the products available on the Dedicated Platforms.
  11. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest, including but not limited to the type of Prize and Winner is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry, complaint and/or correspondence will be entertained.

By availing of the promo, all participants have acknowledged that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to comply with and abide by these terms and conditions including the following:

  • The Organisers reserve the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of the transaction and eligibility of Participants.   • If for any reason this Contest is unable to proceed, including but not limited due to the contest garnering less than 30 participants, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Organisers which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Organisers reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest at any time as it deems fit.
  • The Organisers, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Contest, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  • The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Promo.
  • With the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry, the Organisers reserve the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
  • These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
  • The Organisers further reserve their right to use any personal data of Participants in accordance with their respective Privacy Policy for any purpose related to this Contest and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.



Flight Delay Insurance Terms and Conditions

Eligible for AirAsia Guests who participated in AirAsia Free Seats campaign (Booking Period: 10 Feb – 19 Feb 2023; Travel Period: 1 Mar - 10 Dec 2023) and received a Thank You email from Tune Protect upon completion of the booking (“Insured Person”).
  1. Eligible for AirAsia Guests who participated in AirAsia Free Seats campaign (Booking Period: 10 Feb – 19 Feb 2023; Travel Period: 1 Mar - 10 Dec 2023) and received a Thank You email from Tune Protect upon completion of the booking (“Insured Person”).
  2. In the event the Insured Person’s Scheduled Flight is delayed for at least two (2) consecutive hours from the Original Scheduled Time or Updated Scheduled Time, where applicable, We will pay the Insured Person RM200 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred) only (or equivalent to other currencies at the point of claim payout) for each Trip.
  3. The delay shall be calculated from the Original Scheduled Time or Updated Scheduled Time, where applicable until the commencement of the first available alternative flight offered by AirAsia to the Insured Person. A letter from AirAsia or its handling agents confirming the duration and reason of such delay and the Insured Person’s boarding pass issued on the affected flight shall suffice as proof for purposes of a claim for this benefit.
  4. We will not pay for loss directly or indirectly arising as a result of:
    1. any illegal or unlawful intention act by the Insured Person.
    2. any breach of government regulation or any failure by the Insured Person to take reasonable precautions to avoid a claim under the Policy following the warning of any intended strike, riot or civil commotion through or by general mass media.
    3. the Insured Person’s failure to check in according to the itinerary supplied to the Insured Person.
    4. the Insured Person’s failure to board the next available flight offered by AirAsia.
    5. adverse weather conditions, airport closure, airport curfew, strike, air traffic flow management restrictions, or industrial action of companies/carriers already in existence on the date of the Scheduled Flight.
    6. any prohibition or regulations by any government or immigration authority.
    7. the Insured Person is not fit to travel or is traveling against the medical advice of a Physician.
    8. any rescheduling or delay of which the Insured Person has been made aware twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Original Scheduled Time in the travel itinerary.

For Claims

  1. For Malaysia and Singapore, the claim payout shall be made through Insured Person’s BigPay Account automatically which will be remitted within 3 working days, whereas for Non-BigPay users and also for other markets, it shall be through the Insured Person’s preferred bank account.
  2. In order for the claim to be paid automatically, the AirAsia Guest is required to provide their Mobile No. during the check-in i.e. via Mobile and Web Check-in and the Mobile No. must be matched with Mobile No. used in the BigPay account.
  3. For Non-BigPay users, the Insured Person can contact us via email at enquiry@tuneprotect.com for further assistance.

General Exclusions

We do not cover:

  1. if the Insured Person failed to check-in or boarded the scheduled flight;
  2. payment which would violate a government prohibition or regulation;
  3. delay, seizure, confiscation, destruction, requisition, retention or detention by customs or any other government or public authority or official;
  4. any violation or attempt of violation of laws or resistance to arrest by the appropriate authority;
  5. any person who is below the age of 2 years;
  6. the Insured Person’s late arrival at the airport for the Scheduled Flight after the official check-in time;
  7. any loss, injury, damage or legal liability arising directly or indirectly from travel in, to or through Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Israel, North Korea, Russian Federation (including Crimea), Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine and Zimbabwe;
  8. any loss, injury, damage or legal liability suffered or sustained directly or indirectly by the Insured Person if the Insured Person is:
    1. a terrorist;
    2. a member of a terrorist organization; or
    3. a purveyor of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons;
    4. a narcotics trafficker.
  9. any loss resulting directly and indirectly (in whole or in part) from:
    1. a Pandemic;
    2. an epidemic
  10. any loss, damage, liability, expense, fines, penalties directly or indirectly caused by, in connection with, involving or arising out of any of the following – including any fear thereat, whether actual or perceived:
    • Infectious diseases, viruses, bacterium or other microorganisms (whether asymptomatic or not); or
    • Coronavirus (COVID-19) including any mutation or variation thereof; or
    • A Pandemic or epidemic, declared by the World Health Organization or any governmental authority.

If the Insurer alleges that, by reason of this exclusion, any amount is not covered by this insurance plan, the burden of proving the contrary shall rest on the Insured.

Hotels & SNAP x Mastercard Campaign

Campaign period: 00:00 (GMT+8) on 19th December 2022, and end at 11:59 (GMT+8) on 31st January 2023, or upon a total of 10,000 successful transactions

Introduction

  1. This “Mastercard Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organized by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“AACom, we, us, our”) in collaboration with Mastercard Asia Pte Ltd (“Mastercard”) (jointly referred to as the “Organisers”) which is made available on our airasia.com website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
  2. This Campaign is run in Malaysia (“Participating Region”) and is only open to Members (hereunder defined) who make a purchase for an airasia flight or hotel bundle (“SNAP”, “Product”) using their Mastercard Card on the Platform (hereinafter known as “you, your, their, them”), and is governed by the terms and conditions contained herein (“Terms and Conditions”).

  4. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Campaign shall entitle you to enjoy a discount of RM50 (“Campaign Discount”) on a single transaction using any Mastercard-branded cards issued in Malaysia (“Mastercard Card”) for the purchase of the Product.
  5. This Terms and Conditions shall be a legally binding document between you and us, and by participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions, and shall be deemed to have given your consent for the collection and/or use of personal information by us and shall subject to our Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.
  6. You acknowledge that we are only an organiser of this Campaign and an operator of the Platform. Our obligations shall only be limited to issuing the Campaign Discount and providing assistance on any technical related matters arising out of the issuance of the Campaign Discount and use of the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that the booking of a Product using your Mastercard Card shall be the sole responsibility of Mastercard. As such, you accept that Mastercard’s respective terms and conditions will be additional to these Terms and Conditions and by virtue of your booking, you agree to be bound by and to comply with the relevant terms and conditions of Mastercard.

Validity

  1. The Campaign will commence from 00:00 (GMT+8) on 19th December 2022, and end at 11:59 (GMT+8) on 31st January 2023, or upon a total of 10,000 successful transactions performed pursuant to the Campaign Requirement (hereunder defined), whichever comes earlier (“Campaign Period”). The Organisers reserve the right to amend, end or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as they deem fit without prior notice and/or liability to you.
  2. The Campaign Discount for the flights under SNAP is only available for AK, FD, QZ and Z2 flight codes and is only applicable for booking during the Campaign Period.

Campaign Requirements

  1. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, you must fulfil the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”):-
    • must have a valid and existing airasia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (“BL”) under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by BL at the point of participation in the Campaign (“Member”);
    • must have a valid and existing airasia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (“BL”) under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by BL at the point of participation in the Campaign (“Member”);
    • must have a registered Mastercard Card under the ‘Payments’ section of your airasia account on the Platform prior to making any purchase of the Product;
    • must make a successful purchase of the Product with a minimum spend of RM300, using a Mastercard Card as per the listed bank identification number range (“BIN”) upon checkout.
  2. Bookings must be made in MYR currency with a minimum spend of RM 300 for the Product with or without ancillaries. This Campaign Discount shall not be applicable to past bookings made under ‘My Bookings’ on the Platform.
  3. Campaign Discount will be automatically reflected for the SNAP bookings on the checkout page upon the insertion of the details of a valid Mastercard Card. For clarity purposes, you shall insert the relevant promotional codes for all other hotel bookings (not SNAP) manually at the checkout.
  4. This Campaign Discount will not be applicable if the final amount charged to the Mastercard Card is below the minimum spend. The final charged amount that you will receive, shall be such an actual chargeable amount less the usage of ‘airasia points’ or credits in the account.
  5. Throughout the Campaign Period, each Product is subject to a total redemption cap of 10,000 successful transactions and a daily cap of 294 successful transactions. For the avoidance of doubt, this Campaign is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis and you shall be entitled to receive the Campaign Discount only once for each Mastercard Card.
  6. You are entitled to receive the Campaign Discount only once for each Mastercard Card successfully registered and used as a payment method for purchase of the Product on the Platform.
  7. You acknowledge that we will not be liable and/or obligated to issue the Campaign Discount should your Mastercard Card be rejected without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  8. You are deemed to be ineligible for this Campaign if you have failed to fulfil these Terms and Conditions and/or have submitted incomplete or inaccurate data without any prior notice whatsoever.

Bonus airasia points

  1. In addition to the Campaign Discount, you shall be eligible to receive 800 bonus airasia points (“Bonus airasia points”) in addition to the regular issuance of airasia points (collectively referred to as “airasia points”).
  2. You will not be entitled to the airasia points should you have caused any cancelled, invalid or incomplete entries for this Campaign.
  3. The Bonus airasia points will be credited into your airasia account within seven (7) days after the day the Product purchase is confirmed, whereas the regular airasia points earned pursuant to this Campaign will be credited into your airasia account within seven (7) days from the date of your hotel check-in.

Miscellaneous

  1. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept that, you will be further subject to the terms and conditions of the Products which can be found on the Platform and the terms and conditions of the relevant merchants (if any) which can be found in their respective websites.
  2. The Campaign Discount is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money or money’s worth or other things. For the avoidance of doubt, the Campaign Discount can however be used as a form of payment for the products and services available on the Platform.
  3. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions, or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
  4. The Organisers reserve the right at their sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein, without any prior notice to you. Such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Platform immediately. The decision of the Organisers in relation to every aspect of the Campaign shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence, appeal, or complaint from you will be entertained.
  5. The Organisers reserves the right to disqualify your entry which is deemed to contain offensive, inappropriate, and/or obscene elements. Such entries will be disqualified immediately.
  6. The Organisers reserve the right at their sole discretion, at any time, to verify the validity of successful transactions and your eligibility. Without limitation, you hereby agree to provide all necessary information to the Organisers upon request.
  7. If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to your actions, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organisers reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign.
  8. The Organisers also reserves the right at our sole discretion to disqualify you and retract the Campaign Discount from you if the Organisers has proof or reasonably believe that you have (singularly or jointly with any other participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to obtain the Campaign Discount or undertaken any other activities harmful to this Campaign or to us. The Organisers further reserve the right to block your airasia account from performing future transactions on the Platform.
  9. The Organisers reserve the right to process your information further in accordance with the applicable local laws should the Organisers have proof or reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions in connection with this Campaign (in which case you undertake to bear maximum liability allowed by law).
  10. The Organisers accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected transaction(s) whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, or otherwise.
  11. The Organisers, their subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special and consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, liability, disappointment, personal injury, or death which is incurred, suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by you in connection with this Campaign, the promotion of this Campaign or the use of the Campaign Discount, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  12. The Organisers shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing their obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organisers.
  13. All expenses associated with this Campaign such as transportation, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated (if applicable) shall be solely borne by you.
  14. All taxes, rates, government fees, or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign, shall be solely borne by you.
  15. The Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subjected to the jurisdiction of a forum in Malaysia.



Best Price Guarantee Program

Introduction

  1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall govern the “Best Price Guarantee” program (“Best Price Guarantee Program”) that we offer on the airasia.com website and airasia superapp mobile application (collectively known as “the Platform”), which are owned and operated by us.
  2. This Terms and Conditions shall be the legally binding document between you and AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“AirAsia, us, we, our”).
  3. By submitting a Best Price Guarantee claim (“Claim”), you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by this Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of SNAP and Hotel, the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement of the Platform, which may be amended and revised from time to time. We would advise you to review this Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications as the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will bind you at the time of any arising dispute, which may occur at a later date. Please take note that the Terms and Conditions displayed on the Platform will be accompanied by a month and year stamp to denote the version.

Submitting a Claim

  1. If you have made a booking of an airasia-branded flight, hotel room and hotel related add ons under one booking reference number (“SNAP”) or hotel stand-alone (“Hotel”) on the Platform and then show us that you are able to book the same flight and/or same room with the same dates and conditions at a lower rate compared to what you have paid, that is viewable and bookable on another website, we will, at our sole discretion, either match that rate or credit the difference to you.
  2. For avoidance of doubt, for Claim on SNAP, the difference amount will be credited into the credit account of your AirAsia member account on the Platform, whereas for Claim on Hotel, the difference will be remitted back into the payment method used to make the original booking.
  3. This Best Price Guarantee Program only applies for SNAP and Hotel bookings that are available on the Platform.
  4. For a Claim to be valid under this Best Price Guarantee Program, it must satisfy and be submitted in compliance with the following relevant validity and condition:
    • You must be an AirAsia member to be eligible to submit a Claim form for this Best Price Guarantee Program.
    • You must have a valid and existing google e-mail address only.
    • This Best Price Guarantee Program applies to SNAP and Hotel bookings that have been paid and confirmed only. You must submit a Claim within twenty-four (24) hours of your confirmed SNAP or Hotel booking. Submissions made after twenty-four (24) hours will not be entertained.
  5. Claim Submission : This Best Price Guarantee Program is only valid if you have successfully submitted a Claim within twenty-four (24) hours from your SNAP and Hotel booking. In the event your check-in date is within twenty-four (24) hours from your date of booking, you are required to submit a Claim before check-in. Submissions made after you have checked-in will not be entertained.
  6. You must submit a Claim by completing either the Best Price Guarantee Claim Form for SNAP or Best Price Guarantee Claim Form for Hotel together with the following information:
    1. Your AirAsia booking ID or booking reference number
    2. Website URL that offers the better rate
    3. Name of hotel, city and country
    4. Maximum of five (5) screenshots that clearly display the following;
      • flight and room availability
      • room rates
      • type of rooms
      • types of promotion
      • website URL
      • timestamp
  7. This Best Price Guarantee Program is only valid if the following conditions are met to the lower price submitted:
    • Same flights
    • Same hotel property
    • Same check-in and check-out dates
    • Same room and bed type
    • Same or more flexible cancellation and amendment policies
    • The room must be available for instant confirmation at the time AirAsia’s agent checks availability
    • Same or higher room occupancy (e.g., number of adults, number of children)
    • Same or superior benefits (e.g., breakfast, meal plan, ancillary products: baggage, meal, insurance, seat assignment)
    • Same currency
    • Prices must be the final rate including taxes and service fees.
  8. The Best Price Guarantee Program does not apply to reservations offering third-party loyalty program rewards, including frequent flyer miles redemption, or unpublished rates such as:
    • Private rates

    • Rates that are not available to the general public, which includes corporate discount rates, group or meeting rates, loyalty programs or any rates that require membership.
  9. Once your Claim is completed and submitted, no changes are allowed and will not be entertained.

Miscellaneous

  1. If for any reason this Best Price Guarantee Program is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to your actions, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Best Price Guarantee Program, we reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel and terminate your Claim.
  2. We reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel and terminate your Claim if we have proof or reasonably believe that you (singularly or jointly with any other persons) undertook fraudulent practices and/or activities for any Claim or purchase or other activities harmful to this program or to us. We further reserve the right to block your airasia account from performing future transactions on the Platform.
  3. Only the person who had made the SNAP and/or Hotel booking is allowed to submit a Claim. You are not allowed to submit a Claim for any other third party.
  4. We reserve the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Best Price Guarantee Program with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason hereto. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by us shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against us for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  5. We reserve the absolute right to vary, delete, update or add to any of these terms and conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice. Our decision in relation to all aspects of this Best Price Guarantee Program is deemed final, binding and conclusive under all circumstances and no correspondence, complaint or appeal whatsoever will be entertained.

AirAsia, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Best Price Guarantee Program.
  7. You agree to defend and indemnify us and any of our officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party or your use of our information.
  8. The terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any advertising materials for this Best Price Guarantee Program.
  9. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions, this Terms and Conditions shall prevail but only to the extent to such inconsistency.
  10. The Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subjected to the jurisdiction of a forum in Malaysia.

Introduction

  1. This terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) will govern the “Shop Promo Code in Value Pack, Premium Flex, Premium Flatbed and Corporate Full Flex (Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia) Campaign” (“Campaign”) which is organised by AirAsia Duty Free Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”).

  1. This Campaign is open to the general public who holds an airasia member account in the Platform (“Participant”).

This Campaign is governed by the requirements set out hereunder and by participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, airasia shop terms and conditions, and shall be deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information and the use of such personal information shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Organiser with no monetary payment.

Validity

  1. Campaign Period: The Campaign will be held for a period of 90 (ninety) days commencing from 2 March 2023 00:00 and ends on 14 April 2023, 23:59 (based on the respective time zone of each participating geo-locations), unless advised otherwise by the Organiser (“Campaign Period”).

  2. Upon Participant’s Successful Purchase, the Promo Code will be emailed to the Participant’s email address which is registered in their airasia member account, one (1) day after the date of the Successful Purchase.
  3. Participants may use the Promo Code to purchase airasia shop products (“Products”).

Campaign Requirements

  1. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”):-
    1. have a valid and an existing airasia member account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by the Organiser under the name “airasia rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by the Organiser;
    2. must be located in Malaysia, Philippines or Indonesia (based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected);
    3. Participants must, through the Platform, make a successful purchase of flight booking with add-ons of either (i) Value Pack; (ii) Premium Flex; (iii) Premium Flatbed; or (iv) Corporate Full Flex (“Successful Purchase”) to receive the Promo Code; and
    4. Follow the flight booking conditions as stipulated in this Terms & Conditions.

Promo Code Conditions

  1. Subject to the Campaign Requirements, the Participants are entitled to apply the Promo Code with conditions as stipulated below:

  10. Promo Code is only applicable for purchase on airasia shop which is available on the Platform;
  11. One (1) Promo Code is applicable for one (1) transaction only per airasia member ID on the Platform. A daily limit of Promo Code redemptions applies;
  12. The Promo Code is valid for all products storewide on airasia shop, on top of the ongoing promotions and discounts. The Promo Code is not stackable.
  13. Promo Codes are valid for three (3) months, counted from the date when the email of Promo Code is sent to the Participants;

Flight Booking Conditions

  1. Subject to the Campaign Requirements, the Participants shall follow the flight booking conditions stipulated below to be eligible for the Promo Code:
    1. Pre-booking for inflight delivery must be done at least (48) forty-eight hours before flying;
    2. Applicable for all AK, D7, Z2 and QZ flight bookings;
    3. Participants must make the flight booking with add-ons purchased at least (72) seventy -two hours or more prior to departure to be eligible for receiving the Promo Code;
    4. The Promo Code is not applicable for Participants who make a flight booking of more than (90) ninety days prior to departure;

Only Participants who fulfill and abide by all of the Campaign Requirements and the Flight Booking Conditions set out in paragraph 12 of this Terms & Conditions are eligible to receive the Promo Code. Any incomplete transactions or failure to abide by any of the Campaign Requirements and the Flight Booking Conditions set out in paragraph 12 of this Terms & Conditions will be automatically disqualified and is not eligible to receive the Promo Code without any further notice to the Participant.

If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to actions of the Participants, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign.
  2. The Organiser also reserves the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and retract the Promo Code from any Participants if the Organiser has proof or reasonably believe that the Participant has (singularly or jointly with any other Participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to obtain the Promo Code or undertaken any other activities harmful to this Campaign or to us. The Organiser further reserves the right to block your airasia account from performing future transactions on the Organiser’s Platform.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to process you further in accordance with the applicable local laws should the Organiser have proof or reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions in connection with this Campaign (in which case you undertake to bear maximum liability allowed by law).
  4. This Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the Campaign. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in this Campaign Terms and Conditions and other provisions or materials, this Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  5. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply with or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, lockdown or movement restriction control due to epidemic or pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organiser.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign from time to time without any prior notice, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Platform immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser of this Campaign shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damage howsoever arising, whether or not the Organiser or you have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
  7. You shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign.
  8. You agree to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify us from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of this Campaign.

Introduction

  1. This “Platform Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 201301020508)(“Organiser”).
  2. This Campaign runs concurrently in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines (collectively referred to as “Participating Regions”) and the Campaign will be implemented on the Organiser’s website at https://airasia.com and airasia Super App mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Dedicated Platforms”).
  3. This Campaign is open to the general public who holds an airasia membership account on the Dedicated Platforms.
  4. By participating in this Campaign, all participants (“you” or “Participants”) shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign as stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”) and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organiser (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organiser in all matters related thereto, and shall be deemed to have given their consent for the collection, processing and use of such personal information with no monetary payment, in accordance with the privacy policy of the Organiser.
  5. Information on how to participate in this Campaign forms part of these conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of these conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.

Validity

  1. This Campaign runs from 16 January 2023, 00:00 hrs until 31 January 2023, 23:59 hrs (based on respective time zones of each Participating Region’s geo-location), both dates inclusive unless advised otherwise by the Organiser (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as they deem fit without any prior notice and/or liability to the Participants.

Campaign Requirements

  1. To qualify and participate in the Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements (“Campaign Requirements”): -
    1. Must have a valid and existing airasia membership account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BigLife Sdn. Bhd. under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by BigLife Sdn. Bhd. at the point of participation in the Campaign;
    2. Must be residing in any of the Participating Regions;
    3. During the Campaign Period, Participants must make successful purchase(s) through the Dedicated Platforms for any product(s) and/or service(s) from the categories that are as listed below (collectively referred to as “Eligible Products” and each as “Eligible Product””):-
      • Shop (excluding Thailand);
      • Food; (excluding Phlippines)
      • Ride (excluding Philippines);
      • Hotel;
      • SNAP;
      • Non-Airasia flights;
      • Transport;

Campaign Mechanisms

  1. Participants who fulfil and abide by all of the Campaign Requirements shall be entitled to multiple benefits and contest enrollment as stipulated in this Clause.

A) 7x BONUS AIRASIA POINTS

  1. Participants shall be entitled to 7x the regular issuance of Bonus airasia points (“Bonus airasia points”), in addition to the regular issuance rate of airasia points earned pursuant to the purchase of each Eligible Product.
  2. For the avoidance of doubt, no Bonus airasia points will be awarded for any canceled, invalid, incomplete or returned purchase(s) or transaction(s) for this Campaign.
  3. Certain Eligible Products may be available in some Participating Regions only. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser may amend the categories of Eligible Product from time to time without notice or liability to the Participants.
  4. Bonus airasia points and regular airasia points will be issued based on the total net purchase amount of the Eligible Products, excluding any taxes, shipping costs and/or ancillary charges. For the avoidance of doubt, any successful transactions of the Eligible Products using currency other than Ringgit Malaysia (“RM”) will be converted into RM for the issuance of Bonus airasia points and regular airasia points under this Campaign.
  5. The Bonus airasia points earned pursuant to this Campaign will be credited into the eligible Participant’s airasia membership account within fourteen (14) days from the end of the Campaign Period, whereas the regular airasia points will be credited within fourteen (14) days from the date of usage or utilisation of the Eligible Product(s). For the avoidance of doubt, regular airasia points for the Eligible Products(s) that are purchased, will not be credited until it is used or utilised.
  6. Notwithstanding the standard validity period of airasia points as stipulated within the airasia rewards Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.airasia.com/rewards, for this Campaign, the validity period of the Bonus airasia points shall be valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date such Bonus airasia points are credited into the eligible Participant’s airasia membership account. Any Bonus airasia points not utilised within its validity period will lapse without notice or liability.
  7. Participants that have participated in any other promotional campaign with the same campaign mechanics as stated above which occur concurrently with this Campaign, will not be entitled for the above-mentioned Bonus airasia points.

B) DISCOUNT AIRASIA POINTS REDEMPTION

  1. Pursuant to this Campaign, the deduction of airasia points as a form of payment shall be available at a minimum knock-off rate of 50 airasia points for every RM1 (“Redemption Rate”) spent on the total amount of the respective Eligible Products as tabulated in Table 1 (excluding any taxes, charges and/or delivery fee).
  2. Such Redemption Rate shall be subject to the capping of airasia points redemption per category as tabulated in Table 1.
  3. The Redemption Rate and the content of Table 1 may be subject to change without notice or liability towards the Participants.

C) SHOP AND WIN CONTEST

  1. For the purpose of this Shop and Win Contest (“Contest”), Participants are entitled to one (1) entry per successful purchase of each Eligible Product. For the avoidance of doubt, Participants are allowed to make multiple entries.
  2. One (1) Participant who has accumulated the highest spending on Eligible Products in each Participating Regions shall be chosen as the winner of this Contest (“Winner”). For the avoidance of doubt, there will be a total of three (3) Winners for this Shop and Win Contest, excluding Philippines.
  3. Each Winner from the respective Participating Region shall be entitled to win one (1) complete bundle of categorized prizes as tabulated below (collectively referred to as “Prizes” and each a “Prize”):

  5. In the event there are less than thirty (30) Participants, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Contest with or without any further notice.

E) Announcement of Contest’s Winner

  1. The Winners will be announced through email two (2) weeks after the end of the Contest (“Winner Announcement Date”).
  2. The Prizes shall be sent to the Winners through their respective registered email address under the airasia membership account. The Prizes shall be issued in a form of unique promotional codes except for the issuance of airasia points under “REWARDS” which will be credited directly to the Winner’s airasia membership account two (2) weeks after the Winner Announcement Date.
  3. The Prizes shall only be used for the purposes of redemption on the Dedicated Platforms.
  4. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, each Prize is only claimable by the selected Winner. The Organiser may require proof of the identity of the Winner during redemption of these Prizes.
  5. In the event the original Prizes offered are not available, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute or replace the Prizes with another prize of similar value. For the avoidance of doubt, the replacement prize and its value shall be determined by the Organiser at its own discretion.
  6. The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money, money’s worth or other prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize can however be used as a form of payment for the products available on the Dedicated Platforms.

AirAsia Airlines Promotion

Introduction

  1. The airasia airlines promotion terms and conditions contained herein (“Terms and Conditions”) governs all airasia members (“Members, you, your”) that makes an airasia flight booking (“Booking”) with the AK or D7 flight code (“Flights”) on the airasia.com website and airasia superapp mobile application (collectively known as the “Platform”), which are owned and operated by us.
  2. This Terms and Conditions shall be the legally binding document between you and AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“AirAsia, us, we, our”) for the airasia airlines promotional activities (“AirAsia Promotion”) stipulated hereunder that will be organised by us from time to time.
  3. This Terms and Conditions is applicable to each of the AirAsia Promotion contained herein with varying promotion mechanisms. You acknowledge that upon completing a Booking, you accept that you are bound by this Terms and Conditions with the relevant section of the promotion mechanisms specified hereunder.
  4. You accept and acknowledge that we are only a distributor of the Flights and hence, assume no liability should there be any loss or damages as a result of any act or omission or negligence on the part of the Flights in the course of its performance and you will be subjected to the terms of carriage, fare rules and conditions of the Flights.

By completing a Booking, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by this Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement of the Platform, which may be amended and revised from time to time. We would advise you to review this Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications as the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will bind you at the time of any arising dispute, which may occur at a later date. Please take note that the Terms and Conditions displayed on the Platform will be accompanied by a month and year stamp to denote the version.
  6. In order to be eligible for and enjoy the AirAsia Promotion, you are required to sign-up as an airasia member and log-in to your airasia membership account.

Lead-In Promotion

  1. The Lead-In Promotion is a promotion whereby the fare for the Flights includes the all-in fare, taxes and fuel charges upon making a Booking on the Platform.
  2. The Lead-In Promotion offered shall be at the sole discretion of AirAsia and the promotion amount for the fare shall be varied from time to time.
  3. The Lead-In Promotion is only applicable for one-way travel.
  4. The Lead-In Promotion which is applicable for Bookings made on the Platform is limited to regular base fare only and shall not include the Premium Flex or Value Pack bundled category.

Percentage Discount

  1. The Percentage Discount is a promotion on the base fare of the Flights which is applicable upon making a Booking on the Platform. Examples for the Percentage Discount is including but not limited to “Up to 70% Off”, “20% Off All Seats, All Flights”, “31% Off”.
  2. The Percentage Discount offered shall be at the sole discretion of AirAsia and the discount percentage shall be varied from time to time.
  3. The Percentage Discount is only applicable for a single Booking made on the Platform.
  4. Promotions which are applicable for bookings made on the Platform are limited to regular base fare only and shall not include Premium Flex or Value Pack bundled category.

Processing Fees

  1. Effective 22nd September 2019, 0001 hours (GMT+ 8), there will be no processing fee applied for new Bookings made on the Platform for flights to and from Malaysia. However, this excludes international FlyThru flight transiting through Malaysia.

Free Seat Campaign

  1. The Free Seat Campaign excludes all airport tax, Mavcom fee, fuel surcharges and other applicable fees.
  2. The Free Seat Campaign is only applicable for the base fare of the Flights only.

Miscellaneous

  1. You acknowledge that AirAsia has a limited number of seats and the seats may not be available for all flights and destinations during certain periods including but not limited to public holidays, school breaks and weekends.
  2. All-in fares quoted on the Platform are for one-way travel, inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, fuel surcharges and charges imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies.
  3. You agree that all applicable taxes, fees, fuel surcharges or charges associated with the Booking which are imposed by the regulatory bodies must be paid at the time of Booking unless otherwise stated.
  4. Any payment in foreign currency is subject to the prevailing currency exchange rates at the date of payment.
  5. Further, you may refer here for all fees and charges applicable in relation to the booking of the Flights on the Platform.
  6. AirAsia reserves the right in its sole discretion, at any time, to verify the validity of any successful transactions. Without limitation, you agree to provide necessary information to AirAsia upon request.
  7. If for any reason any of the AirAsia Promotion is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to actions of the Members, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this AirAsia Promotion, AirAsia reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the AirAsia Promotion.
  8. AirAsia reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Member and/or to retract the promotion from any Member if AirAsia has proof or reasonably believes that Member has (singularly or jointly with any other Members) undertaken fraudulent practices and/or activities to obtain the promotion or other activities harmful to AirAsia. AirAsia further reserves the right to block Member’s airasia account from performing future transactions on the Platform.
  9. AirAsia reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend any of the AirAsia Promotion with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by AirAsia shall not entitle the Members to any claim or compensation against AirAsia for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  10. AirAsia accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected transaction(s) whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
  11. AirAsia, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special and consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, liability, disappointment, personal injury, or death which is incurred, suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by Members in connection with AirAsia Promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  12. AirAsia shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, computer system malfunction, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of AirAsia.
  13. All expenses associated with the AirAsia Promotion such as transportation, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated (if applicable) shall be solely borne by the Members.
  14. The Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
  15. The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subjected to the jurisdiction of a forum in Malaysia.
