What is Airport Transfer to City?
Experience the best ground transportation service from Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Medan’s Kuala Namu International Airport, Bandung’s Husein Sastranegara International Airport, Surabaya’s Juanda International Airport and Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport to various areas in respective city. With this service, you do not need to queue to get taxi to your destination.

How to get Airport Transfer to City?
You can get this additional service when you purchase a ticket to Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Surabaya and Denpasar, Bali in our website, AirAsia Sales Office and our Call Center.

If you have already purchased the ticket, you are still able to purchase this additional service through Manage My Booking option which available at our website minimum 24 hours before departure date. 

After you have landed, show your ticket/travel itinerary with proof of purchase of Airport Transfer to City and your ID to Blue Bird Group Counter in your airport of arrival. After Blue Bird Staff verify, in minutes your vehicle is ready to drive you to your destination. 

Below is the terms and conditions of this service:

Airport Transfer Service Terms and Conditions

1. Booking must be made at least 24 hours prior departure
2. Reschedule is allowed at least 48 hours prior departure time and cannot be separated from your flight itinerary.
3. Maximum of 4 persons allowed per vehicle
4. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be cancelled and payments made are not refundable.
5. Show your PDF travel itinerary at Blue Bird Group Counter and ID in your airport of arrival.
6. Guests must show up at the Blue Bird counter 2 hours after arrival time at the airport of arrival. AirAsia is not liable for any unavailability of vehicles due to late show except for Delay/Reschedule flights.
7. Guests will be dropped off at one location only based on their booking zone.
8. Guests must pay the fare difference if the destination is outside of the predetermined zone.
9. The Airport Transfer fares are including driver tips, gasoline and toll fees.
10. The Airport Transfer fares are excluding parking fees (however not limited to parking fees in the airport and parking fees at Guest’s final destination).
11. In case of sudden damage occurred to the car, AirAsia will replace (or upgrade) the transport with any available car with no extra charge
12. If force majeure occurred such as floods, earthquake, natural disaster, war, strikes, epidemic, sabotage, fire, Government Policy), the driver will deliver you to the safest location to avoid the force majeure.
13. If the airport transfer fares exceeds the zone 3 fares, Guests will be charged by outskirt city’s normal fares.
14. If the car type that has been ordered cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability, we will upgrade you with other available cars.
