AirAsia CNY 2022

Introduction

  1. The AirAsia CNY 2022 Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“AACom”, “we”, “us”, “our” ) in collaboration with Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited (“Visa”) which is made available on our airasia.com website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
  2. This Campaign is open to Members (hereunder defined) who make a purchase for a flight booking (“Product”) using their Visa Card on the Platform (hereinafter known as “you”, “your”, “their”, “them”), and is governed by the terms and conditions contained herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
  3. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Campaign shall entitle you to enjoy a discount of RM15 (“Campaign Discount”) on a single transaction using Visa debit, credit and prepaid cards issued in Malaysia (“Visa Card”) for the purchase of the Product.
  4. This Terms and Conditions shall be a legally binding document between you and us, and by participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions, and shall be deemed to have given your consent for the collection and/or use of personal information by us and shall subject to our Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.
  5. You acknowledge that we are only an organiser of this Campaign and an operator of the Platform. Our obligations shall only be limited to issuing the Campaign Discount and providing assistance on any technical related matters arising out of the use of the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that the booking of a Product using your Visa Card shall be the sole responsibility of Visa. As such, you accept that Visa’s respective terms and conditions will be additional to these Terms and Conditions and by virtue of your booking, you agree to be bound by and to comply with the relevant terms and conditions of Visa.

Validity

  1. The Campaign will be held for a period of twenty-seven (27) days commencing from 0000 (GMT+8) on 17 January 2022, and ending at 2359 (GMT+8) on 13 February 2022 (“Campaign Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to end the Campaign at any date and/or time earlier than 2359 (GMT+8) on 13 February 2022. Members (hereunder defined) whose applications are received by us after the expiry of the Campaign Period will not be entitled to receive any Campaign Discount.
  2. Campaign Discount for flights is only available to bookings with AK flight codes and non-AirAsia airlines for domestic and international travel and for the travel period of 17 January 2022 to 30 September 2022.

Specific Terms and Conditions

  1. This Campaign is only applicable to bookings of the Products made by airasia members (“Members”) on the Platform using Visa Card.
  2. You may be entitled to the Campaign Discount only once for each Visa Card that is successfully registered as the payment method for a transaction on the Platform during the Campaign Period.
  3. Campaign Discount will be automatically reflected on the checkout page upon the insertion of the details of a valid Visa Card.
  4. Throughout the Campaign Period, each Product is subject to a total redemption cap as stipulated in TABLE A below. Flights have a daily redemption cap which will be refreshed at every 0000 (GMT+8), and any outstanding redemptions will be carried forward to the next day. For the avoidance of doubt, this Campaign is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  6. Bookings must be made in MYR currency with a minimum spend of RM 200 for the Product with or without ancillaries (including but not limited to seats, meals and bags). This Campaign Discount shall not be applicable to past bookings made under ‘My Bookings’ on the Platform.
  7. This Campaign Discount will not be applicable if the final amount charged to the Visa Card is below the minimum spend. The final charged amount that you will receive, shall be such an actual chargeable amount less the usage of ‘Big Points’ or credits in the account.
  8. You acknowledge that we will not be liable and/or obligated to issue the Campaign Discount should your Visa Card be rejected without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  9. You are deemed to be ineligible for this Campaign if you have failed to fulfil these Terms and Conditions and/or have submitted incomplete or inaccurate data without any prior notice whatsoever.

Miscellanous

  1. In addition to these Specific Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept that, you will be further subject to the terms and conditions of the Products which can be found on the Platform and the terms and conditions of the relevant merchants (if any) which can be found in their respective websites.
  2. The Campaign Discount is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money or money’s worth or other things. For the avoidance of doubt, the Campaign Discount can however be used as a form of payment for the products and services available on the Platform.
  3. These Specific Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other campaignal materials regarding this Campaign. In the event of inconsistency between the terms in these Specific Terms and Conditions and other provisions or materials, these Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  4. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organiser.
  5. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign from time to time without any prior notice, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Platform immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser of this Campaign shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damage howsoever arising, whether or not the Organiser has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
  6. You shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign, products and all services.
  7. You agree to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify the Organiser from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of your booking of Products under this Campaign.
  8. You hereby agree not to hold us liable for the outcome of this Campaign.
  9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

  1. This “airasia Super App New Year New Deals 2x Bonus airasia points Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn. Bhd (“airasia.com”) and BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (“BIG”) (jointly referred to as the “Organisers”).
  2. By participating in this Campaign, all participants (“Participants”) will be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the terms & conditions of this Campaign as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organisers (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organisers from time to time in all matters related thereto (“Terms & Conditions).
  3. Information on how to participate in this Campaign forms part of these conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance ofairasia points and conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.
  4. This Campaign runs from 3rd January 2022, 10:00 (GMT +8) until 9th January 2022, 23:59 (GMT +8), both dates inclusive, or upon complete utilisation of the Bonus airasia points allocated for respective Participating Regions was tabulated in Clause 6 (c) below pursuant to this Campaign, whichever is earlier (“Campaign Period”). The Organisers reserve the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as they deem fit without any prior notice or liability to the Participants, both amendment or extension shall be deemed as part of the Campaign Period.
  5. This Campaign runs concurrently in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia (“Participating Regions”).
  6. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must fulfill the following requirements (“Campaign Requirements”): -
    1. Must be an existing airasia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIG under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by BIG at the point of participation in the Campaign;
    2. Must reside in any of the Participating Regions (based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected);
    3. Make successful purchase(s) of any product from the following categories* listed below via https://airasia.com (“Dedicated Website”) or airasia.com mobile application (“Dedicated App”) (collectively referred to as the “Dedicated Platform”) during the Campaign Period to be entitled to earn airasia points based on the regular airasia points issuance rate (“Regular airasia points”) and 100% bonus of the Regular airasia points (“Bonus airasia points”)** (expressly excluding any accelerated airasia points entitlement under the BIG+ subscription), on a first-come-first-served basis: -

      ** Notwithstanding the standard validity of the airasia points as stipulated in the airasia membership Terms and Conditions, the Bonus airasia points earned pursuant to this Campaign are only valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance of such Bonus airasia points. For avoidance of doubt, no Bonus airasia points will be awarded for any cancelled, unsuccessful payment, invalid, incomplete or airasia pointsd purchasairasia pointssactions.

  11. The Organisers reserve the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the Regular airasia points and/or Bonus airasia points from time to time without any priorairasia points the Participants, in which event such substitution and/or replacement shall be non-negotiable.
  12. The Organisers further reserve their right to use any personal data of Participants in accordance with their respective privacy policy for any purpose related to this Campaign and the Participants are deairasia pointsnsent to such use with no monetary payment.
  13. The Organisers reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and/or to forfeit the Regular airasia points and/or Bonus airasia points from any Participantairasia points Organisers reasonably believe that the Participant has defaulted the Terms & Conditions, breach any applicable laws, undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organisers.
  14. Participants may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organisers, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organisers.
  15. The Organisers resairasia pointsbsolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organisers shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  16. The Organisers accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected transaction whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
  17. The Organisers, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  18. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
  19. The Organisers reserve the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
  20. The decision of the Organisers in relation to every aspect of the Campaign including but not limited to the Regular airasia points and/or Bonus airasia points award and Participants shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstances and no appeal or complaint from any Participants will be entertained.
  21. Usage of Regular airasia points and/or Bonus airasia points is subject to airasia membership terms and conditions airasia pointsbe found www.airasia.com/rewards
  22. All expenses associated with this Campaign including but not limited to transportation and accommodation (if airasia points) shall be solely borne by the Participants.
  23. The Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and translated versions, the former shall prevail.
  24. Terms and conditions of airasia.com shall also apply.
  25. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the \ exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Malaysia.

How to Redeem Tickets:

  2. Each guest is entitled to two (2) premiere tickets.
  3. Please present the SMS received from airasia ride at the booth to redeem tickets.

  7. Unless advised otherwise by the Organisers, the regular airasia points earned pursuant to this Campaign will be credited into the eligible Participant’s airasia member account within thirty (30) days from the end of the Campaign Period whereas the Bonus airasia points will be credited within fourteen (14) days from the date of successful purchase(s) pursuant to this Campaign.
  8. The Organisers reserve the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of successful transactions and eligibility of the Participants without notice and/or assigning any reasons.. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide necessary information to the Organisers upon request. The Organisers’ decision in relation to all aspects of the Campaign including but not limited to the regular and/or Bonus airasia points and Participants are final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
  9. Only Participants that fulfill the Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be eligible to receive the regular and/or Bonus airasia points. Participants that fail to fulfill the Campaign Terms and Conditions will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign without notice.
  10. The Organisers reserve the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the Bonus airasia points and/or the airasia points redemption rate from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants, in which event such substitution and/or replacement shall be non-negotiable.
  11. The Organisers further reserve their right to use any personal data of Participants in accordance with their respective privacy policy for any purpose related to this Campaign and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
  12. The Organisers reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and/or to forfeit the regular and/or Bonus airasia points from any Participant if the Organisers reasonably believe that the Participant has defaulted the Terms & Conditions, breached any applicable laws, undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organisers.
  13. Participants may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organisers, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organisers.
  14. The Organisers reserve the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organisers shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  15. The Organisers accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected transaction whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
  16. The Organisers, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  17. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
  18. The Organisers reserve the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
  19. The decision of the Organisers in relation to every aspect of the Campaign including but not limited to the regular and/or Bonus airasia points award and eligible Participants shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstances and no appeal or complaint from any Participants will be entertained.
