Bali, 10 November 2015 AirAsia wishes to inform that all flights from and to Bali have resumed normal operations following the reopening of Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali.

AirAsia is maintaining close coordination with related authorities namely Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), Indonesian Flight Navigation service (AirNav), Ngurah Rai International Airport as well as Darwin Volcanic Ash Advisory Center to continually observe the situation and to ensure that we operate to the highest international safety standards.

Bali, 10 November 2015 - AirAsia wishes to inform that all AirAsia flights connecting Bali and Australia, including QZ 534 (Denpasar - Perth), QZ 535 (Perth – Denpasar), XT 802 (Denpasar - Melbourne), and XT 803 (Melbourne – Denpasar) have resumed normal operations today. The remaining AirAsia domestic and international flights from and to Bali that resumed operations yesterday following the reopening of Ngurah Rai International Airport on 9 November 2015 remain operating as per normal today.

Bali, 9 November 2015 – AirAsia wishes to inform that Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali has reopened this morning at 06:45 HRS LT (GMT+8). Flights from and to Bali scheduled to operate today, 9 November 2015 are expected to resume normal operations, except for the following:

2. QZ 535 Perth – Denpasar (cancelled)

3. XT 802 Denpasar - Melbourne (cancelled)

4. XT 803 Melbourne – Denpasar (cancelled)

Bali, 8 November 2015 – AirAsia wishes to inform that Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali is closed today, 8 November 2015 at 21:45 HRS LT (GMT+8) until tomorrow, 9 November 2015 at 08:45 HRS LT (GMT+8) as the presence of volcanic ash has been detected in the proximity of Bali's airport earlier this evening.
As a result of the airport's temporary closure, several AirAsia flights in and out of Bali have been affected.
