Web check-in

Why queue up at the airport when you can check in via web? Save more time and just check in for your flight with web check-in!

Please take note that guests departing from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (klia2) are required to perform self check-in. Before you proceed, please ensure that you are eligible for self check-in. It is also your responsibility to meet the entry requirements of the country of your destination prior to departure.

Checking in

Performing web check-in is simple, and can be done within a few steps!

Our comprehensive web check-in guide will help you to perform web check-in so that you can have a hassle-free experience at the airport. Once you’re checked in, you can then print your boarding pass so you can start skipping the long queues at the airport.

Don’t have a printer?

Don’t worry. You can select the following options during your web check-in process to receive your boarding pass that you can save and print later:

2D Barcode Email
Receive a 2D barcode on your smartphone. Just scan the barcode using one of our kiosks at the airport. Receive your boarding pass via email. You can then save a copy of your boarding pass to print later.

After checking in

If you have checked baggage, you can head over to the baggage drop counter. Please note that you may be required to get your travel documents verified.

Proceed to the security checkpoint and you’re on your way to your dream destination!
