Responsibilities (職務内容)
  1. To Plan and ensure the implementation of Ramp and Apron procedures for daily operations.
  2. To Administers employee movement / performance with the objective of achieving high productivity and quality of service.
  3. To Ensure the performance of consigned ramp staffs as per sets standards specified in Ramp Manual and Company procedures.
  4. To monitor Standard Operating Procedure [SOP] adherence and recommend amendment where necessary.
  5. To Prepare and compile reports and statistic as required by the ramp manager.
  6. To support ramp manager to ensure the consistence service with regards to on time performance in accordance to 25 minutes ground time.

Requirments
(募集条件)

  1. Must be service-oriented.
  2. A good team player and team leader.
  3. At least 3 years of related experience.
  4. High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
  5. Intermidiate English level.

雇用形態

契約社員(特段の問題が無い限り、2年目は正社員に契約切替え。)
